After the destructive mining of the open-pit coal mine,the area left by the closed pit is called the abandoned open-pit coal mine.Its ecological restoration management is an extremely complex systemic issue involving a balanced game of social economy,engineering technology,ecological environment and other factors.Remote sensing images have the characteristics of real-time response,fast acquisition,and cost-effectiveness,making them widely used in many fields such as data feature extraction and data structure analysis.And in modern ecological environment evaluation and management organization coordination and optimization,it can improve the quality and efficiency of the entire project management.The theory and method of ecological restoration evaluation for abandoned open-pit coal mine based on remote sensing images is a relatively complex decision-making management process,which is an entire dynamic process including management analysis,management design,management organization and implementation,and management evaluation.This dissertation starts from the analysis and design of the management information system,and uses remote sensing images to construct and analyze the ecological impact indicators of the abandoned open-pit coal mine.Through innovative remote sensing image denoising and fusion methods of abandoned open-pit coal mines,it organizes and designs the ecological restoration evaluation model for decision-making analysis of the ecological restoration evaluation and management of the abandoned open-pit coal mine.This dissertation consists of the following three parts.(1)In the correlation analysis between remote sensing image and ecological restoration evaluation of abandoned open-pit coal mine,through measurable topological space and topological transformation,the continuous homeomorphic mapping in mathematical equivalence relationship is used to optimize and analyze the structure of the evaluation system,and the denoising operator and fusion operator of remote sensing image are given,which is the technical support to seek the equivalence relationship between them,The essence of ecological restoration evaluation system is classification,that is to seek the structural decomposition of system space and the extraction of attribute features.Through the correlation and feedback analysis between ecological restoration evaluation system,topological space mathematical system and remote sensing image data mapping system,the control mechanism in the form of coupling between the three is established,and the systematic composition of ecological restoration evaluation is constructed.(2)In the research on the remote sensing image noise removal of the abandoned open-pit coal mine,three different types of image denoising methods,AGT,DAD and Gy Gd C,are proposed to solve the problems of blurred edge detail and color distortion,and to accurately describe the impact indicators in the ecological restoration evaluation model of the abandoned open-pit coal mine.In the research on remote sensing image fusion in the abandoned open-pit coal mine,two image fusion methods of Dt DSR-GA and NSa CM are proposed to solve the problems of high fusion time complexity and fuzzy edge details,and to meet the different needs of management timeliness,so as to accurately extract and control the evaluation impact indicators in the ecological restoration evaluation model through details and spectral information.(3)In the research on the theory and method of ecological restoration evaluation of the abandoned open-pit coal mine,aiming at the diversification of data sources in the evaluation model and the mismatch between the obtained remote sensing data and conventional evaluation models,an ecological restoration evaluation model based on remote sensing images is constructed.According to the national ecological environment evaluation standards and various policies and regulations,the proposed model is divided into basic classification evaluation submodel,adaptive proprietary classification evaluation submodel and ecological environment status evaluation submodel.Also it clarifies the corresponding support relationship between the ecological restoration evaluation and the reuse management objective,and provides a new method for calculating the indicators of ecological environment condition.From a logical point of view,the analysis of the management decision-making process reflects the data technology support at the operational level,the implementation and evaluation of the management technology at the decision-making level,and the system organization and optimization at the goal implementation level.The purpose of management decision-making lies in the implementation of system goals,the characteristic integration of the ecological restoration status of the abandoned open-pit coal mine,as well as the application scenarios and scientific representations of mining composition problems with common laws.The mining,analysis,denoising and fusion of remote sensing image data realize the structure optimization the operation operators.The construction of the proposed model including basic classification evaluation,adaptive proprietary classification evaluation and ecological environment status evaluation,achieves the coordination and optimization of the evaluation targets.This dissertation is supported by the innovative technology of remote sensing images and based on theories and methods of ecological restoration evaluation system,it completes the technical innovation of the ecological restoration image methods of the abandoned open-pit coal mine and decision-making innovation of management organization.The systematic construction of ecological restoration evaluation model not only has theoretical guiding significance for the ecological restoration of similar abandoned open-pit coal mines,but also has expanded and complete promotion and application value for different types of abandoned open-pit coal mines.The dissertation has 69 pictures,27 tables,and 186 references.
