| At present, coal plays an important role in energy source supply in our country. With the application of new industries and new models in underground coal mines and the update of mining technology, the problem of occupational dust hazards, which is seriously inconsistent with the development of underground coal mine productivity, requires more focus and researches to solve.Pneumoconiosis is the most serious occupational disease in China currently, and the incidence of pneumoconiosis is still very high in recent years.Pneumoconiosis is not only a problem related to the health of a single individual, but also bring out a series of social problems such as family harmony and social stability.A lot of theoretical and experimental researches on dust prevention and control have been conducted by domestic and foreign scholars. The problem of occupational hazards of miners is still outstanding, although the dust prevention and control system has been further improved. At present, governments, employers, medical institutions, and social organizations have made certain progress in the coordinated prevention and control of coal mine dust in terms of policy, management, medical care, and technology, but they still cannot eliminate the occupational hazards of dust from the root cause.Mining workers are directly related to occupational dust hazards, and their attitudes and behaviors will affect the effectiveness of coordinated dust prevention and control in direct. Therefore, studying about collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners from the perspective of miners has great research significance and value. This research takes the miner factor as the key entry point, analyzes the miners, responsibility and relationship of coal mine collaborative dust prevention and control based on the perspective of group dynamics. It clarifies the internal and external force field mechanism of multi-agent collaborative prevention and control embedded in miners, and builds the theoretical model of multi-agent coordination prevention and control of dust that the miners are inferred. On this basis, with a large sample of on-site questionnaire surveys and based on statistical analysis methods, the relationship between the driving elements of collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners is analyzed, and corresponding inspections and corrections are made.Furthermore, using sample regression data as input, build a PSO-BP neural network-based collaborative dust prevention and control model for miners, and conduct scenario model training and prediction simulation, with internal force field, scenario force field, and group dynamics as key controls to simulate the dynamic evolution law of multi-agent coordinated prevention and control of embedded dust in miners under different scenarios. Finally, based on the empirical and simulation results, the relevant policies for the multi-agent collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners are designed. The specific research content and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the theory of coordinated prevention and control of dust embedded in miners from the perspective of group dynamics is constructed.Based on the perspective of group dynamics, the research has sorted out the connotation of prevention and control of dust occupational hazards, proposed a four-in-one guarantee mechanism of "science-industrymedical-management",applied the theory of collaborative governance and game theory into the dust prevention and control system, and described it based on the government, dust system cooperated with prevention and control with employers, medical institutions, and social organizations as the dominant body.Furthermore, using qualitative research as an analytical method, the feasibility mechanism of the collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners was deconstructed, and the motivation and behavior characteristics of the embedded dust prevention and control behavior of miners under the influence of group dynamics were studied, then construct a basis of occupational dust hazard prevention and control theory.Secondly, empirical analysis of the driving model of collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners is constructed.Based on qualitative analysis,a driving framework for collaborative dust prevention and control with built-in miners including internal force field, situational force field, and group dynamics is constructed. The empirical analysis results show that(1)The main statistical characteristics of subjects with a high willingness to collaborate dust prevention and control embedded in miners are those miners who are over 55 years old, personal monthly income levels above 30,000 yuan, get a bachelor’s degree, work for less than 2 years and think that the system and safeguard measures are completed. And the lower main characteristics those miners who are 20 years old below, personal monthly income level of 4000-6000 yuan, get junior high school education, work for more than 21 years, and think that the system and safeguard measures are very lacking.(2)In the direct driving effect test of collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners, the situational force field, internal force field and group dynamics predicted by linear regression have a significant positive predictive effect on collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners.(3)In the test of the intermediary effect of collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners, the total intermediary effect of the group dynamics between the internal force field and collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners is significant, and the internal force field acts on collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners through the group dynamics.(4)In the test of the moderating effect of collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners, the situational force field has a positive moderating effect on the internal force field acting on the group dynamics.Thirdly, make simulation study on the evolution of the embedded collaborative prevention and control behavior of miners under different scenarios.Based on the PSOBP neural network,a model of collaborative prevention and control embedded in miners is established to simulate the behavioral evolution of collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners under different force fields. The simulation analysis results show that(1)the group dynamics has a short-term and rapid effect on the miners’willingness to coordinate the prevention and control of embedded dust, and the pursuit of short and fast results can be started from the perspective of group driving;(2)the internal force field is effective for collaborative dust prevention and control embedded in miners. The long-term,stable and effective willingness to control is the fundamental driving force for the embedded behavior of miners and can be intervened for a long time;(3)The situational force field has a poor effect on the willingness of the miners for collaborative dust prevention and control, and improper or excessive external intervention may have a counterproductive effect on the behavior of miners. Finally, based on the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,a collaborative dust prevention and control system based on internal force field, situational force field, and group dynamics is constructed, and a targeted policy proposal for collaborative dust prevention and control of miners is proposed to provide theoretical and empirical reference for individuals, coal mining enterprises, and the government to prevent and control dust occupational hazards effectively.Figures[85]Tables[130]References[216]... |
