The wind energy was suitable to develop and use in the nearby areas,China possessed the rich low-wind-speed resource,which was very close to the high-energy consumption areas.For capturing more low-wind-speed wind energy,a supplement wind turbine power-wind speed curve is presented in this paper.An solution method for developing low-wind-speed wind energy is provided.A thesis support of wind turbine control technology is established.The research object of this paper is double-fed variable speed variable pitch angle wind turbine.The motor power transmission efficiency,pitch angle is considered.The dual-source energy flow is descrbed.The power balance equation is established.The boundary condition of the power curve is induced.The realization approach method,comparision analysis and the effect of the power curve has been investigated and discussed.The main contents of the thesis are classified as follows:(1)The operation theory of supplement wind turbine power-wind speed curve is studied.The operation principle of the dual-energy flow and the supplement power curve is described.The boundary condition-wind region range,generator power range,wind power range,motor power range and margin power range is induced.The wind turbine power balance equation is established.A mechanical transmission approach for applying the supplement power curve on the double-fed wind turbine.(2)The effect of wind turbine parameters on the wind region range,generator power range,wind power range,motor power range and margin power range have been investigated.Considering air temperature,air huminity and air pressure,the operation rules of the power curve is discussed.(3)The performance of wind turbine power-wind speed curve is analyzed.The effect of wind turbine parameters on the wind region range,generator power range,wind power range,motor power range and margin power range have been investigated.Considering motor transmission efficiency,pitch angle and yaw error factors,the operation rules of the power curve is discussed.(4)Using periodic wind load and actual measured wind condition,the wind speed range,generator power range,wind power range,motor power range and margin power range have been compared.The rotation speed,powers and power generation have been described.The 1st day,the 13th day,the 17th day of the measured wind condition have been choiced,the application of two powers have been compared.
