With the fast economy development in China,the use of elevators in most public places has become increasing more popular,which has brought great convenience to people's travel and has led to the promotion and development of the elevator industry.At the same time,the safety of elevators during operation has received increasing more attention from current research.Increasing the speed of passenger elevators while guaranteeing safety,comfort,stability,reliability,and intelligence is a major strategic goal and a popular research topic in the elevator development strategy of China.At present,the core components of safety performance such as traction ropes,brakes,and safety gears for domestic elevators still have hidden troubles during long-term operation.The wear status of the traction ropes also depends on artificial regular maintenance observation,and real-time monitoring and viewing the wear state of the traction ropes has not yet been realized.As a result,the existing conventional brake and safety gear control solutions have delayed response and frequent failures.The real-time monitoring technology of elevator running status has not been widely used effectively.The maintenance and management of elevators still use the traditional regular on-site service and telephone repair in the event of a fault.In this way,the elevator information cannot be transferred in real-time.In addition,the traditional connection mode of the elevator car guide rails can easily lead to a deviation of the vertical straightness of the car guide rails,causing the car to vibrate during the operation of the elevator and affecting the subjective ride comfort of the passengers.In addition,the intelligent car door anti-clamp control also needs to be improved.Based on relevant documents and literatures,this thesis addresses the existing problems of high-speed and heavy-duty traction elevators,and studies key intelligent technologies on the basis of existing elevator technology,further analyzes and solves existing deficiencies,makes elevators more intelligent,and use the technology to better applying in industrialization.In terms of elevator security,this thesis presents a more advanced intelligent fault real-time monitoring scheme.By analyzing the life cycle state pattern of traction ropes,a fault tree of traction ropes is built up.Fine burrs are used to generate diffraction patterns under the irradiation of light sources.The automatic detection and alarm system for safety hazards of traction rope breakage based on high-precision laser detection technology was developed to enable safety hidden danger alarms to occur when the initial filamentous burr occurs on the traction rope.In terms of comfort and stability,this paper studies the uncomfortable feelings caused by the speed changes during the elevator lifting up and down.The car vibration intelligent suppression technology is proposed,and damping bars are provided between the bottom of the car and the damping floor.The unit compensates the uncomfortable feeling caused by the speed change in the process of vibration by means of dynamic force compensation in real time.This can achieve a vibration reduction effect with a maximum reduction of 60%.At the same time,an intelligent anti-clamping system for elevator doors is also proposed.The real-time images of the elevator doors and thresholds are obtained through the high-definition camera installed above the elevator door.Through image processing,it is more accurately determined whether there are foreign objects in the elevator door.In terms of operational controllability,this paper developed a smart elevator internet of things and cloud computing service platform,introduced cloud computing technology into the integration of elevator operation and maintenance information resources,maximized resource sharing and business collaboration,and significantly increased the use of resources.The rate has reduced the cost,and at the same time,it has been able to detect elevator failures in a timely manner and given maintenance instructions,resulting in a significant reduction in elevator accidents.According to the above-mentioned multiple innovative designs,this thesis also introduces the management methods of introducing these technological innovations into the industrialization of elevator companies.Based on the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of elevator products in China and abroad,considering the core needs of passengers in the elevator ride,the innovative research has been carried out on the key technologies of passenger elevators,relying on Sennhe Elevator Co.,Ltd.to bring relevant research results to the GRPS series of passenger lift products.To realize the industrial output value of more than 300 million yuan,and successfully apply it to Jilin Changchun rail transit,Shanghai-Beijing high-speed railway,the China Armament Research Institute,the National Scenic spot Tianping Mountain,the Shanghai World Expo and other important national basic engineering fields.The industrialization of the intelligent elevator developed in this pilot project will be carried out in order to significantly increase the technical added value and market competitiveness of this series of related products.
