Electric power demand response refers to the power users change the inherent power mode according to the electricityprice signals or policy incentives, thus exerting the effect of loadscheduling.Which can largely save social resources and maintain the stability of the power grid.Industrial electricity consumption maintains a pivotal positionin the whole society.Its load characteristic plays a decisive role in the load characteristics of the power system in the given area. The irregular load scheduling of the high energy-consuming enterprises cause the waste in the grid operation. Therefore, it is of great significance to let enterprises respond the signal through the demand of the grid side and conduct reasonable load scheduling and upgrading on the premise of guaranteeing the production. According to national new energy conservation and emissions reduction policy as well as the rapid development of renewable energy power, the traditional energy-provision way of the high energy-consuming enterprises has been lacking in economical efficiency, therefore, enlisting the new energy into the energy structureand combining with the implementation of demand responsecansave social resources more efficiently.The thesis is based on the background of demand response and targeted the high energy-consuming enterprises as research object, and the main works are as follows:(1)comprehensive investigations are made to the research status of the theory of grid demand response; the categories of the demand response are summarized; some essential technical conditions needed while implementing demand response are introduced and common methodologies to analyze the effect while implementing demand response are put forward. All of these lay a solid foundation on the following passage.(2)the passage studied the load characteristics of the high energy-consuming enterprises and established a model of tou price, discussed the upgrading and scheduling strategies that can transfer load for the high energy-consuming enterprises based on the DR price and put forward a load scheduling way for high energy-consuming enterprises based on load transfer scheduling, which aimed at minimum electric cost for enterprises and reached the optimal electric mode, thus maintaining the electric stabilization.(3)It set up a new energy micro mesh model containing the self-provided power plant and wind power for high energy-consuming enterprises. The passage analyzed the effect and economic benefit when enterprises absorbed wind power based on the intermittency of the wind power and the great potential of the enterprises with regard to the demand response in the electric load. What’s more, the example simulation proved that the new energy micro-grid will produce substantial economic benefit in reducing the economic cost and carbon emission, it also provided theoretical and statistical support for the enterprises to adjust energy structure and improve economic benefit.
