Research On Evolution Of Urban Rail Transit Vehicle Form Design Based On Product-pedigree

Form design is an important part of the industrial design of urban rail transit vehicles.It is an adaptive system coupled with many factors such as technology,culture and aesthetics.The evolution of form design directly reflects the change and development mechanism of industrial design of urban rail transit vehicles.In order to explore the evolution law of urban rail transit vehicle form design,this paper USES the method of pedigree analysis to carry out the research on the evolution of urban rail transit vehicle form design based on pedigree analysis,taking typical characteristic vehicles as research samples.By urban rail transit vehicles built by decomposing design evolution stage evolution patterns and the evolution pattern of family,using the method of spectrum analysis to study the evolution of design,and forming the inherent law of evolution and the evolution of family,on the basis of the evolution of its design are applied to solve the dynamic mechanism and operating mechanism,this paper change reason and change the way the evolution of its design,and put forward based on the evolution of urban rail transit vehicle design innovationFirstly,an adaptive system of urban rail transit vehicle design is proposed.With the help of the theory of biological evolution,it is proposed that the urban rail transit vehicle form design is an adaptive system with the interaction of internal environmental factors and external environmental factors.This paper defines the evolution connotation and form of urban rail transit vehicle shape design,and forms the key elements and methods of pedigree analysis.Secondly,by using the method of pedigree analysis,the author studied the evolution sequence of typical vehicles and formed the internal law of the evolution.From the aspect of environmental factors,design,prototype,design features formed a typical vehicle design stage type evolutionary lineages,clarify the urban rail transit vehicle model from the traditional to the modern evolution,and through the semantic perception and image matching experiments to obtain the recessive trait of staged evolutionary clues,on this basis to form the stage the inherent law of evolution,analyzes the development direction of urban rail transit vehicle design stage.Then,the genealogical analysis is used to study the family evolution of typical vehicles,and the internal law of family evolution is formed.From the brand image,design of DNA level of sorting out the typical vehicle sample family-owned evolutionary context,and through the DFA and expression recognition experiments are the evolution characteristics of its design DNA was analyzed,and based on the analysis of the inherent law of family-owned evolution,studied the feasible design evolution of DNA and the DNA of the hybrid design connotation,to the brand development of urban rail transit vehicle design provides reference.Then,on the basis of the above research,the evolution mechanism of urban rail transit vehicle design is expounded.Combined with the pedigree analysis of design evolution,the hierarchical structure and characteristics of urban rail transit vehicle design evolution system are clarified,and the dynamic mechanism and operation mechanism of design evolution are solved.This paper discusses the dynamic mechanism and principle of design evolution from the perspective of internal dynamics and external dynamics,and expounds the reasons for the change of design evolution.This paper probes into the operation mechanism and principle of design evolution from macroscopic and microscopic levels,and expounds the three ways of design evolution and the modification mechanism of design characteristics.Finally,the innovation strategies and Suggestions of urban rail transit vehicle modeling design based on evolution are put forward.The relationship between design evolution and design innovation is clarified,and the innovation strategy of urban rail transit vehicle modeling design is constructed from the stage evolution dimension and family evolution dimension,and the innovation ideas of the two design strategies are discussed.Taking the following generation of subway vehicles as an example,this paper expounds the innovation direction of urban rail transit vehicle modeling and design in the future stage,and takes typical brand vehicles as a case to elaborate the innovation approaches of urban rail transit vehicle modeling and brand design.It provides a reference for the innovative design of urban rail transit equipment in China.
