The aging of population is one of the major social problems in China and even in the world. The proportion of the elderly suffering from chronic diseases is relatively high.Regular disease monitoring and early warning are needed to reduce other complications. In addition, the rapid urbanization process in China has led to a sharp increase in the number of empty nests of the elderly, and the elderly living alone are more likely to suffer from other complications or major diseases due to the adverse monitoring of chronic diseases, untimely prevention and control. The parameters of human vital signs mainly include body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen. The measured values are closely related to the typical factors such as the sex,age and measurement time of the subjects. These factors will have different effects on the values of human vital signs. However, the existing products of the same type lack the consideration of individual differences and other factors. In order to accurately feedback the physiological health status of the elderly, this paper studies the correlation between vital signs and typical factors parameters, and obtains an accurate early warning algorithm. On this basis, aiming at the single function and inconvenient operation of the original monitoring system, the design of a micro-wearable remote monitoring system with multiple physiological parameters is of great significance to reduce the occurrence of other complications and the risk of mild to severe disease. The main research work of this paper includes:(1)A study on the correlation between the four vital signs of body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen and the factors of sex,age and measurement time of the elderly. In this paper,we collected more than 500 samples of effective clinical measurements of the elderly aged 60-90 years old from Jiangyin people's Hospital of Jiangsu Province. We used linear regression model to explore whether age, gender and time of day and night have influence on the physical signs and the degree of influence. The correlation of the research results is quantified, and the detailed difference value and change step value are obtained, and the complete correspondence table is made.(2)Combined with the above correlation results,a correction algorithm for the actual measurement value of elderly human body sign is designed. In order to reduce or eliminate the influence of gender, age, measurement time and other factors, and ensure the effectiveness of data fusion of all dimensions, the corresponding algorithm is modified on the correlation change rule of four types of vital signs.According to the modified rules, the data which can best match the real health status of users can be obtained, and then accurate feedback can be made.(3)A monitoring system design scheme suitable for acquisition and correction mode is proposed.Including the selection of biosensor, wireless transmission, master control and other modules, the appearance of wearable monitoring products and mobile interface are designed in combination with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly. The technical route of the system provides the technical basis for the realization of real-time collection of multiple physiological parameters, measurement value correction and remote feedback.Remote health monitoring is helpful to alleviate the global problems such as the lack of medical resources caused by aging. This paper provides theoretical basis and reference for intelligent remote health monitoring system to accurately judge the health status of the elderly and make accurate early warning under complex and multi conditions.
