In the period of high quality economic development and industrial structure adjustment and optimization,the air transportation industry develops rapidly.Policies related to cargo aviation hub system have been continuously strengthened.In recent years,airlines need to find strategic partners to solve the benefit problems in the network,due to the low profit of airlines under the aggravation of transportation price competition.At the same time,cargo airlines can adopt the mode of airline alliance and build a complete set of airline operation service systems to minimize the operating costs of enterprises and improve customer satisfaction,based on the advantages of the depth and scope of cooperation and effectively obtain more profit to reduce vicious competition among airlines.In the perspective of the actual business development process of cargo airlines,the construction of the airline operation service system needs to focus on three key issues.The first is the selection of route operation mode.It is necessary to consider the influence of airline risk-averse decision-makers on route operation decisions,which aims to optimize the route selection behavior of Airline.The second is how to select the location of the all-connected hub-and-spoke hub network.It is necessary to consider the actual operation situation of the airport,the selection behavior of route joint operation,the dual limitation of segment capacity and route capacity.It optimizes the number and location of hubs.The third is how to optimize the route path.It is necessary to consider the behavior of route joint operation and limiting factors such as segment capacity,route capacity,aircraft capacity,flight time,etc.It optimizes the route path.The above issues are related to each other.Therefore,this thesis carried out research work from the following four aspects.First of all,this thesis analyzed the selection behavior of airline companies under route joint venture.In order to scientifically describe the selection behavior of airline companies,this thesis introduced the prospect theory based on loss effect to describe the loss cost problem under the situation of no carriers.This thesis considered the airline's revenue,the fixed cost of aircraft and the transportation cost under the influence of carrier or consignment.According to the analysis of benefits of both sides of the game based on game theory,a benefit matrix was established,and the decision-making process was analyzed through dynamic evolutionary game,and the direction and stability of evolutionary game were analyzed.Then,based on the benefit matrix,determine the probability equilibrium function of route joint operation selection based on the loss effect prospect theory.The uniqueness of selection probability equilibrium and its relation with other parameters were proved by theory and numerical simulation.Secondly,the location problem of cargo airline hubs under joint airlines was studied.Under the premise that there are many airports in the aviation network and each airport has its own characteristics,in order to improve the robustness of the airline network and the market competitiveness of the airline,this thesis studied the location problem under all-connected hub-and-spoke hub network to reduce the cost.Firstly,the index evaluation system of alternative points was established.The index evaluation system needed to be constructed in four first-level indexes such as operating cost,traffic factors,service capacity and aviation safety.This thesis designed Continuous Interval Linguistic Fuzzy Weighted Power Average Operator(C-ILIFWPA)multi-attribute decision-making method to determine the location of candidate points.Then select the final pivot location based on alternative pivots,by introducing selection probability function of the airline pooling,Hub Location Problem of Non-strict Double Capacitated and Multi Assignment(NSDCMAHLP)was constructed and an improved immune chaotic genetic algorithm(ICGA)was designed to solve the problem.The result of the case verifies the correctness of the model and algorithm,and reveals the general rule of route joint operation hub site selection and the influence of joint operation environment on cargo airlines.Thirdly,The problem of route optimization based on transshipment of cargo airlines under route joint operation was studied.When the airline business develops to a certain extent,the airline route network was basically formed,and the optimization of aircraft route path under the all-connected hub-and-spoke structure network structure was put forward.Firstly,the probability function of route pool selection was introduced.By determining the sum of the fixed costs of aircraft and base airports and hub airports,transportation cost,handling cost,take-off and landing cost,aircraft waiting time cost,delay or advance service cost,aircraft overtime penalty cost,penalty cost for unfinished shipping operations and so on,aiming at minimizing the total cost,this thesis established Aircraft Fleet Route Problem based on Transshipment and Airline Alliance(T-AAAFRP).According to the characteristics of the model,improved genetic algorithm solving model based on genetic engineering shearing process was designed.The results of the case verify the correctness of the model and algorithm,and reveal the rules of selection for transshipment or direct,carrier or consignment and the position of airport hub and the route of aircraft.At last,the optimization problem of multi-base aircraft route under airline pooling was studied.In the early stage of airline business development,the airline network was not perfect.In order to provide customers with higher service quality,airlines proposed to study the problem of airline route optimization under the pointto-point airline network structure.First,the probability function of route pool selection was introduced.By determining the sum of the fixed costs of aircraft and base airports and hub airports,transportation cost,handling cost,take-off and landing cost,aircraft waiting time cost,delay or advance service cost,aircraft overtime penalty cost,penalty cost for unfinished shipping operations and so on,aiming at minimizing the total cost and maximizing the service level,this thesis established the model of Aircraft Fleet Route Problem based on Multiple Bases and Airline Alliance(MBAAAFRP).Genetic engineering was introduced into heuristic algorithm,and an improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGAII)algorithm was designed to solve the problem.The results of the case verify the correctness of the model and algorithm,reveal the difference between direct transportation and transshipment transportation costs and the influence of airline pooling on the number and location of bases and the route of aircraft.
