Research On Optimization Of Material Management Under The Operating Conditions Of DC Aviation Double Fleet

China's civil aviation industry has made great achievements in the market-oriented reform and development in recent years.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,China's civil aviation industry has developed steadily and step by step in terms of air transport,general aviation transport and fleet size,and has grown from a major aviation country to a powerful aviation country.At the same time,the civil aviation competition is extremely fierce,coupled with the sudden COVID-19 epidemic,aviation enterprises are facing a severe test.Boeing 737 Max was grounded for a long time,give the introduction of airlines plane brought huge uncertainty,for running a single type of airlines,the risks of a single model for airlines,seeking diversity models become airline choice tendency,and diverse models for pressure for supply chain management in airlines also will increase.This paper takes the aviation materials management of DC Airlines as the main research object,focuses on discussing the existing problems in aviation materials management,analyzes the causes of the problems one by one,and puts forward improvement suggestions for the optimization of aviation materials management of DC Airlines in view of the existing problems.Firstly,the background of the study is introduced,leading to the main problems of DC Airlines.Secondly,the root causes of these problems are analyzed.Finally,according to the goal of cost and guarantee,the above problems are optimized and implemented to solve the problems of aviation material management of DC Airlines,and the safeguard measures are put forward.In this paper,through the study found that:(1)DC airlines supply chain problems mainly displays in the supply chain inventory control and accuracy is not high,the long cycle of material to send claim,material suppliers lack of scientific management,and supply chain cost and security control strength is not strong and so on,these problems directly cause the material cost is high and low security of supply chain this contradiction;(2)The main reasons for these aviation materials management problems are the large randomness of aviation materials demand,the complicated order operation process,the lack of attention to supplier evaluation,and the lack of cost control and planning capabilities.(3)according to the characteristics of the DC aviation supply chain,from the material demand forecast model is set up,shortening the period of repairing claim,set up the supplier evaluation system and fine control material cost of these aspects,solve the problems existing in the supply chain management,make scientific management chain,to reduce costs,improve efficiency of supply chain security have obvious effect.
