| Forestry industry involves a number of categories of the primary,secondary and tertiary industry in the national economy, which has many kinds of products, a long industrial chain and wide coverage. Accelerating the development of forestry industry is an inevitable requirement to promote the harmony between human and nature. It is a strategic measure to increase employment and income increase of farmers, and constitutes the main content of the drive of promoting the modern forestry construction in an all-round way. At present, China’s forestry industry development reveals a good momentum. The forestry industry system has been initially established, and the embryonic form of industrial chain, which takes Resource Training, Processing and Utilization as the main part, has crystallized.Generally speaking, China’s forestry industry development is still in the initial stage, with forest management, forest product manufacture and the tertiary industry relatively separated in the forestry industrial chain. Further mutual extension and expansion between upstream and downstream industries are also in urgent need. Therefore, from the perspective of the industrial chain to examine the positioning and development of all sectors of the forestry industry, this dissertation puts forward relevant theoretical models and evaluation tools of the forestry industrial chain. It has great theoretical and practical significance on grasping the inherent law of the development of modern forestry, meeting various needs of National Economy and Social Development on forestry material products, eco-products and cultural products. This dissertation mainly studies theoretical and empirical issues about forestry industrial chain from four aspects.First of all, on the basis of systematic analysis of forestry industrial chain, the author puts forward an evolvement model of forestry industrial chain. By analyzing the system structure of forestry industrial chain, the author clarifies the status, role and interdependence of each industrial link in the forestry industrial chain. Through integrating related theories about supply chain, value chain, industrial organization, cycle economics and so on , the author defines the connotation of forestry industrial chain and investigate the multiple motivation of forestry industrial chain development. Based on the characteristics of forestry industry and reality of China’s forestry industry development, the author puts forward the evolvement model of forestry industrial chain including industrial agglomeration, industry vertical integration, industry horizontal integration and industrial networking. Secondly, this dissertation studies the evaluation model and methods of forestry industrial chain. Based on the research of forestry industrial chain evaluation and the Evolvement model of the forestry industrial chain, the author puts forward forestry industrial chain LBCT evaluation model composed of Length, Breadth, Correlativity and Thickness , which provides a new analysis framework and evaluation tool for forestry industrial chain. Based on the evaluation model, the author designs a subjective and objective synthetic evaluation method, process and evaluation index system. And the author also gives models and general steps of forestry industrial chain subjective measurement based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and forestry industrial chain objective measurement based on alternative attribute.Furthermore, this dissertation studies the Multi-dimensional development model and approach of forestry industrial chain. From different aspects and various angles of forestry industrial chain and with the thought of system integration, the dissertation puts forward a Multi-dimensional static development model of forestry industrial chain--tetrahedral model and Multi-dimensional dynamic development model of the forestry industrial chain -- Cobweb model. On the dimensions of supply and demand, space, value and organization, this dissertation explores Multi-dimensional development approach of forestry industrial chain.Finally, this dissertation takes Jiangsu forestry industrial chain as an example to conduct an application research on industrial chain evaluation and development model. Based on the status quo of Jiangsu’s forestry industry, the above-mentioned forestry industrial chain evaluation model and methods are applied to carry out subjective and objective evaluation of Jiangsu forestry industrial chain. According to results of the comprehensive evaluation, this dissertation analyzes the situation and existing problems of each evaluation element of Jiangsu Forestry industrial chain, and puts forward concrete approaches to Jiangsu forestry industrial chain development based on the Multi-dimensional development model. |
