The research was carried out in the context of the rising domestic prices of fish meal and soybean meal,and alternative traditional protein feed ingredients being needed.The aim of this paper was to determine the the effective energy and nutrient digestibility of dried porcine soluble(DPS),black soldier fly(BSF)and tenebrio molitor(TM)in piglets.Exp.1,this experiment was conducted to study the apparent digestible energy and nutrient apparent digestibility in dried porcine soluble(DPS)with different substitution ratios of growing pigs using the substitution method.Twenty four healthy castrated boars with an average weight of 20.2±2.3kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group.piglets in the control group were fed the basal diet,and the others in the experimental groups were fed the experimental diets which used 10%,20%and 30%DPS substituted the basal diet,respectively.The test period was 12 days,the preliminary trial period were lasted for 7 days and the last 5 days was the fecal and urine collection period.The results showed that,on the basis of dry matter,the apparent metabolic energy of growing pigs for DPS in the 10%,20%and 30%replacement groups was 3298,3358 and 3080 Kcal/kg,respectively(P<0.05).With the increase of substitution level,the apparent digestibility of gross energy,organic matter,crude protein and neutral detergent fiber first increased and then decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,it can be seen that the apparent digestibility of growing pigs to various nutrients with different replacement ratios was somewhat different.As the replacement ratio of DPS in the basic diet increase,the available energy of DPS first increased and then decreased.When the proportion of DPS was 20%,the digestive energy and metabolic energy of DPS were relatively higher.Exp.2,this experiment was conducted to determine the digestible(DE)and metabolizable energy(ME)values,and apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD)of nutrients in black soldier fly(BSF)and tenebrio molitor(TM)of growing pigs.This experiment were measured by digestive metabolism test.A total of 24 crossbred barrows(DurocŚLandraceŚLarge White)with initial body weight(BW)of 29.2±3.3 kg were allocated to 4 dietary treatments in a completely randomized design with 6 replicated pigs per treatment to determine the DE and ME values of BSF and TM.The results showed that the digestive energy contents of full-fat tenebrio molitor,defatted tenebrio molitor and black soldier fly were 4592,3293 and 2646 Kcal/kg(DM),and the metabolic energy contents of full-fat tenebrio molitor,defatted tenebrio molitor and black soldier fly were4494,3114,2591 Kcal/kg(DM),respectively.Apparent total intestinal digestibility of gross energy of full-fat tenebrio molitor was higher than that of defatted tenebrio molitor and black soldier fly(85.58%vs.64.78%and 59.13%).Apparent total intestinal digestibility of organic matter and crude protein of full-fat tenebrio molitor was higher than that of defatted tenebrio molitor and black soldier fly(P<0.01).Exp.3,this experiment was conducted to determine the digestive energy and energy loss rate of black soldier fly(BSF)and tenebrio molitor(TM)using in vitro bionic digestion method.Through computer controlled simulated digestive system(SDS-II),in vitro pig stomach-small intestine-large intestine the three-step digestion method,determination of in vitro digestibility energy(IVDE)and in vitro gross energy digestibility(IVGED)of full-fat tenebrio molitor,defatted tenebrio molitor and black soldier fly.The IVDE of full-fat tenebrio molitor,defatted tenebrio molitor and black soldier fly were 4555,3335 and 2722 kcal/kg DM.There was a little variation of IVDEand IVGED in full-fat tenebrio molitor,defatted tenebrio molitor and black soldier fly determined between in vivo and in vitro methods There was a little variation of IVDEand IVGED in full-fat tenebrio molitor,defatted tenebrio molitor and black soldier fly determined between in vivo and in vitro methods.Compared in vivo and in vitro methods to determine digestion energy of full-fat tenebrio molitor,defatted tenebrio molitor and black soldier fly were less than 77 kcal/kg.The results showed that the in vitro bionic digestion method was suitable for the determination of the digestion energy and digestibility of insect protein.This paper was to carry out the insect protein and dried porcine soluble nutritional value evaluation in piglets of part of the work.It is the premise of realize the optimization of feed formula precision feeding,improve the utilization rate of nitrogen and low protein of the balanced amino acid of diet,reduce the nitrogen emission of piglets.It is the premise of realizing the healthy breeding of pigs and the circular development of economy.
