The aim of this study was to establish a database for the nutritional value of raw feed materials of meat sheep in China.Based on the sorting and comparison of the conventional metabolic energy models of mutton sheep in China,the best models were screened,so that DE and ME of feed ingredients in the database can be estimated and supplemented.And the efficiency of digestion and metabolism and fermentation parameters in vitro further by conventional nutrients and energy determination of several common used feed sheep raw materials to explore the correlation between the estimation model of supplement of our common single feed raw sheep effective,in order to provide theoretical basis for China's science and culture,the sheep feed formula.The estimates provided a new method for effective feed evaluations.This study consisted of three parts,which are detailed as follows:Experiment 1:Correlation Analysis between in Vitro Gas Production and Effective Degradation Rate for Concentrate Feed of Mutton SheepThis research was carried out to explore the simple method for evaluating the dry matter effective degradation rate(EDIVDMD)of concentrates for mutton sheep.Six protein feedstuffs and 7 energy feedstuffs were used as experimental materials,and gas production?GP?and EDIVDMDVDMD were detected by in vitro gas production and continuous artificial rumen fermentation method.In the mean time we analyzed the effects of common nutrients on EDIVDMD as well as the correlation between GP and EDIVDMDVDMD and established an estimation model based on the GP and proximate nutrients to predict EDIVDMD.The results showed that the theoretical gas production of single concentrate and the 8,16,24,30,36,and 48-hour gas production(GP8h,GP16h,GP24h,GP36h,and GP48h)had a positive correlation with EDIVDMD?P<0.05?.The correlation efficiency of prediction model of EDIVDMD based on GPa+b,GP24h and GP36h were highest,which were0.557,0.619,and 0.612,respectively.The was significantly negative correlation between neutral detergent fiber?NDF??P<0.05?,acid detergent fiber?ADF??P<0.01?and EDIVDMD.A higher R2 from binary estimation model EDIVDMD=88.481-0.484ADF-0.231NDF?P<0.01,R2=0.855?was observed,which was greater than that observed from univariate estimation model.In conclusion,the in vitro gas production method can replace the nylon bag method to make a quick,reasonable and effective evaluation on the degradation of common concentrate feedstuffs for mutton sheep.Experiment 2:Prediction of the Digestibility and Metabolic Energy Model by in vitro Methods.The purpose of this experiment was to explore the simple evaluation method of DE and ME for sheep feed.The test selected 10 kinds of mutton common used feed raw materials,through the digestion and metabolism experiment combined with algorithm to calculate the 10 kinds of common used feed sheep DE and ME,IVOMD,IVDMD and GP24h4h fermentation parameters in vitro by in vitro experiments of feed raw materials,determination of the nutritional composition by laboratory analysis.Finally,the prediction model of 10 kinds of meat sheep feed raw materials DE and ME was established by the fermentation parameters of feed in vitro.?results?the results show that the gas production,24h single feed raw materials in vitro organic matter digestibility were positively correlated with DE and ME?P<0.05?,and the prediction factor selected high correlation coefficient?organic matter digestibility?to establish the estimation model to predict the DE,ME,R2 and the correlation coefficient were 0.916 and 0.881.Ten kinds of feed raw materials were divided into 5 kinds of protein feed and 5 kinds of energy feed back by correlation analysis and the establishment of one yuan and two yuan,the estimation model of equation of higher R2,the prediction of protein feed DE two element estimation model of R2 is the highest,DE=7.402+0.068IVOMD+0.049 GP24h?r=0.996,P<0.05?.In conclusion,in vitro method effectively estimated the DE and ME values of commonly used single feed ingredients for mutton sheep,so that it can make a quick,reasonable and effective evaluation of the energy metabolism of feed in animals.This experiment provided a new method for estimating the effective energy of the common feed of meat sheep in our country,and provided support for the establishment of the database.Experiment 3:Establishment of Nutritive Value Database for Common Feed of Mutton SheepFor the establishment of sheep feed nutritional value database?refered to as"database"as below?,according to the classification standard of China feed industry of the"team"of existing more than 300kinds of feed raw materials were collected and classified,the routine nutrients data were added,the initial formation of the database".And to"the common feed obtained by the team earlier test can predict the effective sheep model as the research object,using NRC and Chinese feed nutritional value in the table feed data as the experimental material,through comparing the accuracy and effective estimation value of the coefficient of variation between NRC and China feed nutritional value database given value and relative deviation compared to the model thus,selects the best model to calculate the feed DE and ME.Finally,the model is used to estimate the DE and ME values in the"database"to achieve the purpose of improving the"database".The results showed that the prediction model of feed raw material DE was predicted with NDF as prediction factor:DE1=17.211-0.135NDF and prediction model of ME with DE as predictor:ME1=0.046+0.820DE was used to estimate the effective energy of feed raw material in NRC or Chinese feed nutrition value,and the relative deviation and coefficient of variation of DE estimation value and given value were the lowest.It is a suitable model for estimating DE and ME of normal feed for meat and sheep.It can effectively estimate the DE and ME values of feed raw materials in the"database",and establish a database with higher reference value.The database set up by our team fills the blank of our country's conventional feed nutrition value database for mutton sheep,laying the foundation for updating and perfecting the database.Above all,the in vitro method effectively estimated the rumen degradation and energy metabolism in sheep in vivo;through the collection and classification of China's sheep conventional feed samples and determination of the nutritional composition and effective estimation,can be initially built to effectively evaluate the nutritional value of the database.Make up the blank of our normal sheep feed nutritional value database,which lays the foundation for its future development,dynamic update.
