Research On The Space-time Effect And Coupling Coordination Of China’s High-quality Development Of Forestry

High-quality development is the theme of China’s economic and social development during "the 14th Five-year Plan" or more,said by Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.As a basic industry of national economy and an important part of social public welfare undertakings,forestry shoulders multiple missions of economic development,ecological construction and social harmony,and plays a vital role in protecting biodiversity,improving people’s lives and coordinating the balanced development of regional economy.China is one of the countries with abundant forest resources in the world.with abundant reserves and wide distribution of forests,so the role of forestry cannot be ignored.It is an inevitable trend of forestry development to integrate the requirements of highquality development into the forestry field.The high-quality development of forestry is a higher requirement of the new normal of China’s economy,high-quality development and ecological civilization construction in the new era.The high-quality development of forestry provides new ideas and solutions for solving forestry resource crisis and ecological crisis,which is the need of ecological civilization construction.The high-quality development of forestry points out the direction of deepening the supply-side structural reform and is the key to adapt to the main contradiction of socialism.The high-quality development of forestry has become an important part of the high-quality development of economy and society,and it is an inevitable choice to realize the harmony between man and nature.Under the new situation,it is urgent to promote the high-quality development of forestry.In order to achieve high-quality development of forestry,it is necessary to clarify and solve the following problems:What is the connotation of high-quality development of forestry?How to measure high-quality development of forestry?What are the driving mechanism and influencing factors of high-quality forestry development?How to promote the coupling and coordination of high-quality development of forestry and economy?Based on the above problems,this paper carries out in-depth theoretical discussion and empirical test:(1)Clearly define the relevant concepts of forestry high-quality development,and systematically elaborate the theoretical connotation of forestry high-quality development.(2)To clarify the evolution process of China’s forestry development,according to the actual situation of China’s forestry development,establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of high-quality forestry development,calculate the comprehensive score of high-quality forestry development level,and summarize the space-time evolution trend of China’s high-quality forestry development.(3)Explore the spatial-temporal evolution of the driving factors of high-quality forestry development(forestry factor endowment,forestry total factor productivity and forestry industrial structure upgrading).(4)Empirically examine the spatial and threshold effects of factor input,total factor productivity and industrial structure upgrading within the forestry system on high-quality forestry development,and the coupling and coordination relationship between high-quality forestry development and high-quality economic development outside the forestry system.The results show that:(1)From 2006 to 2019,the level of high-quality forestry development in China showed an overall upward trend,from the initial stage of high-quality forestry development to the preliminary implementation stage of high-quality forestry development,and showed obvious stage characteristics.(2)High-quality forestry development has significant positive spatial correlation,and the spatial agglomeration effect is relatively weak,which is in the beginning stage of formation.Forestry input,total factor productivity and forestry industrial structure upgrading have significant direct effects on forestry high-quality development.Forestland area,forestry investment and forestry total factor productivity have significant indirect effects on high-quality forestry development.The threshold effect exists in the process of high-quality forestry development,and the influence of forestry practitioners,forestry investment and forestry total factor productivity on high-quality forestry development level is positive U-shaped.Forest land area and forestry industrial structure upgrading have different stages in each interval of high-quality development level of forestry,and are gradually increasing.(3)The coupling coordination degree of high-quality forestry development and high-quality economic development shows a steady upward trend,and the type of coupling coordination development is Ⅵ.The level of high-quality forestry development is ahead of that of high-quality economic development,and the two have a low degree of running-in.Based on this,this article put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of forestry configuration,the improvement of forestry total factor productivity,the promotion of forestry industrial structure upgradation.In addition,exert forestry development space effect with high quality and economic development of two-way optimization to comprehensively improve the quality of forestry development and provide theory reference for the high-quality development of forestry reference and path.
