| The process of economic development is essentially a process of industrial innovation and structural optimization.There are many factors influencing the optimization of industrial structure,the most important of which is technology.In the 13th five-year plan for national economic and social development,the importance of technology progress on the optimization of industrial structure is clearly pointed out.Forestry is not only an important basic industry sector of national economy,but also a very important public utility sector.Therefore,the development of forestry has been concerned by the whole society.However,for a long time,the forestry economy is mainly based on extensive development,and the industrial structure dividend brought by the high input drive is reduced,which has become the bottleneck of restricting the optimization of the forestry industry structure.In the 13th five-year plan for the development of forestry industry,the importance of forestry technology progress on the optimization of the structure of forestry industry is clearly pointed out.At the same time,there are certain differences in natural resource endowment and the level of forestry industry development.As a result,the corresponding optimization level of forestry industry structure also has regional differences.In order to realize the coordinated development of regional forestry industry,in-depth analysis is particularly important for forestry technology improvement.At the same time,learning the influence of forestry technology progress on the forestry industrial structure optimization from the viewpoint of space is imperative.Based on the theory of forestry technology,the theory of forestry industrial structure optimization and the method of spatial measurement,this paper analyzes the influence of forestry technology progress on the structural optimization of forestry industry.Firstly,through the construction of the corresponding evaluation index system,the DEA-Malmquist index method are used to measure the level of forestry technology progress.At the same time,the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics of forestry technology progress level are analyzed from two dimensions of time and space.Then,the industrial structure hierarchy coefficient and Thayer index are used to quantitatively calculate upgrading index and rationalization index of the forestry industry structure.And the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics of upgrading level and rationalization level of China’s forestry industry structure are analyzed from two dimensions of time and space.On this basis,the global Moran’s I,Moran’s I scatter diagram and LISA cluster diagram are used to test the spatial correlation of upgrading level and rationalization level of the forestry industry structure from both national and regional perspectives.Next,the most suitable model are selected from the classical model,spatial lag model and spatial error model,and the spatial quantitative analysis of the impact of forestry technology progress on the upgrading and rationalization of forestry industry structure are carried out from the national and regional perspectives.Finally,from the aspects of the personnel construction of forestry technology,investment in forestry technology,and the transformation of forestry technology achievements,the paper puts forward some suggestions on accelerating the progress of forestry technology and promoting the optimization of forestry industrial structure. |
