The Studies On Treatmenting Chronic Congestive Heart Failure Using The Promotion Of Zongqi

PURPOSEThis system depressed clinical effects of congestive heart failure patients with Qi Huo Xue Fang, through the animal model to observe the prescriptions of the key indicators of heart failure, such as the influence of cardiomyocyte apoptosis, tumor necrosis factor, brain natriuretic peptide, cytokines, water channel protein and cardiac structure, thus revealing Qi Huo Xue Fang subsidence mechanism of treatment of heart failure.METHODWe observed the clinical curative effece of promoting Zongqi which was first described by the author to treat the patients who suffered from congestive heart failure. The patients were divided into two groups-the experiment group and the control group.We mede the models of chronic heart failure using abdominal aorta ligation method and experimented on animals. We observed the effect of the Shengqi qing xin oral preparation on the the cardiac function, the apoptosis of myocardial cells , ventricular remodeling ,the level of serum Nt-proBNP,and the level of serum tumor necrotic factor(TNF) of the experiment animals.RESULTS1 The Looking pale, Lower limb edema,urinate missing, et al,in the Chinese medicine treatment group improved significantly compared to the routine treatment group.2 The The quality of life in the Chinese medicine treatment group improved significantly compared to the routine treatment group.3 The cardiac function of Chinese medicine treatment group improved significantly and Reduce the incidence of cardiovascular event compared to the routine treatment group.4 There was no toxic and side effect after using Chinese medicine.5 The apoptotic cell analysis indicated that the incidence of apoptosis of myocardial cells of wistar rats suffered from chronic heart failure and treated with Chinese medicine decreased significantly than the model group(P?0.05).6 The level of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in Chinese medicine group decreased significantly than the model group(P?0.05).7 The level of serum tumor necrotic factor(TNF)in Chinese medicine group decreased significantly than the model group(P?0.05).8 The middle dose group of the Chinese medicine of promoting Zongqi can reduce significantly the expression of AQP2 mRNA.CONCLUSIONS1 The Chinese medicine of promoting Zongqi can improve the clinical symptoms , signs of patients suffered from chronic heart failure, and cardiac functions. The Chinese medicine we used has no significant toxic and side effect.The animal expermient indecates that the Chiese medicine of promoting Zongqi can decrease the level of serum tumor necrotic factor(TNF), decrease the apoptosis of myocardial cells and inhibit ventricular remodeling,so it can enhance the cardiac function.
