| Objective:According to the theory of "two causes and three fruits",the combination model of qi stagnation and blood stasis type SOI was established and evaluated according to the "three fruit" theory of "qi stagnation Decoction plus subtraction",and the model of this disease was combined with the rat model as the target,and the mechanism of the effect of qi stagnation and Blood Stasis Decoction on the sterility of the salpingitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type was discussed.Methods:The first part of the experiment was to establish a rat model of oviductal infertility by injection of Staphylococcus aureus and acoustic,light,electric plus tail "two causes" by injection of Staphylococcus aureus in the first part of the SD.By observing the macroscopic characterization of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in rats,the microscopic indexes of blood rheology and the pathological changes of oviduct tissue were detected,and the model rats and male rats were caged in proportion to the male rats after 2 weeks,and the results of the three aspects,"three fruits",were evaluated,and the combination model of oviduct sterility syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type was evaluated.The second part of the experiment,replicating the disease syndrome combined with model rats,divided them into normal group,model control group,treatment group 1(subphrenic Stasis Decoction and reducing prescription high),treatment group 2(subphrenic Stasis Decoction plus subtraction dose),treatment group 3(subphrenic Stasis Decoction plus subtraction prescription),after the success of the model after the next day,respectively,for 28 days.On the first day after the end of the administration,the integral situation of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,the hemorrheology,the condition of the fallopian tube and the changes of the related cytokines were observed,and the mechanism of the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type oviduct infertility was discussed.Results:1.The first part of the experiment was to establish a salpingitis disease model with local injection of Staphylococcus aureus in the fallopian tube,and then through the cause of the disease-the sound and photoelectric plus tail method made the rat liver stagnation and stagnation of blood stasis to form qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Finally,the macroscopic characterization integral of the rat could be significantly increased,the plasma viscosity,the whole blood viscosity,the reduced viscosity 3.0,the red blood cell pressure product,the erythrocyte electrophoresis time,and the erythrocyte electrophoresis time.The indexes of blood rheology,such as cell rigidity index and erythrocyte aggregation index,were obviously increased.The obvious chronic inflammatory infertility of the tubal tissue was typical change and the pregnancy rate decreased obviously.2.In the second part of the experiment,the results were given to the subtraction Decoction and the subtraction decoction.The score of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in rats was decreased in varying degrees.The high,middle and low doses of the subphrenic Stasis Decoction could improve some indexes of Hemorrheology and the degree of the lesion of the tubal,and the high and middle doses of the subphrenic Stasis Decoction.It can obviously increase the content of DA and NE and improve the state of"liver depression" in rats.The three kinds of high,medium and low doses of phrenic Stasis Decoction can improve the level of IL-4 and IL-8,reduce the expression level of ICAM-1,reduce the expression of TGF-β protein in the oviduct and increase the rate of pregnancy.Conclusions:1.Using local injection of fallopian tube combined with acoustic optoelectronic plus tail stimulation,the model of oviduct Infertile Rats with qi stagnation and blood stasis can be established.At the same time,by evaluating the model of biological characterization,pathophysiology related indexes and pregnancy rate in rats,it is proved that the combination model of SOIof qi stagnation and blood stasis type is established.2.By improving the total integral integral of the biological characterization and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,the blood rheology index,the degree of oviduct disease,the level of related cytokines expression and the rate of pregnancy,the mechanism of the treatment of salpingitis infertility is reflected by the improvement of the total integral integral of the biological characterization and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and the model is further affirmed to establish the model and perfect the evaluation system.3.The combination model of disease syndrome can fully reflect the theory of "dialectical treatment"of traditional Chinese medicine.The result of the experiment shows that the prescription of subtraction and subtraction in the diaphragm can improve the pathological changes of the fallopian tubes and have obvious therapeutic effect on the blood stasis of the rats,which embodies the value of the establishment of the model of the combination of the disease syndrome,and lays the foundation for the in-depth study
