Clinical Study On Treatment Of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction And Wendan Decoction

Objective:To observe the therapeutic and WenDan of general life guidance and tonga subtraction for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom(phlegm and blood stasis and each card)the clinical curative effect and the blood coagulation indexes(PT,APTT,FIB,D-D,FDP).Methods:This study USES the simple randomized,clinical trial design method of grouping antitheses,collected from the affiliated hospital of chengdu university of TCM,and had never received the diagnosis of OSAHS treatment and conforms to the Chinese medicine "phlegm stasis mutual knot" the object of study,a total of 60 patients,according to random number table method is divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with basic treatment group(treatment group),the treatment group(control group),30 cases each.The control group was given the basic treatment(diet education,exercise education,psychological cathartic).Treatment group on the basis of the control group treatment at the same time taking uniformly made by chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital pharmacy department of therapeutic or WenDan tonga subtraction(oral,one dose a day,and each 150 ml,for 4 weeks).After four weeks of treatment,the two groups of patients were observed to compare the syndromes of traditional Chinese traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,the symptoms of TCM syndromes,the symptoms of the syndromes of the traditional Chinese medicine,AHI,BMI,ESS score and coagulation indicators(PT,APTT,FIB,d-d,and FDP).Statistical and analysis of data using SPSS21.0 software.Results:1.The clinical curative effect comparison of syndromes: treatment group total effectiveness 73.3%,control group total effective rate 36.7%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group of TCM syndrome curative effect is better than the control group.2.The syndrome of TCM syndrome:the difference was significant(P < 0.01)compared with the group itself.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Single Chinese medicine symptom integral: The treatment group has a statistical significance(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Control group before and after their comparison,snoring,suppress wake no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),the rest of the single Chinese medicine symptom difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01);The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the differences in the other symptoms were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.AHI: the treatment group has a statistical significance(P < 0.01)compared to the control group itself,the difference is not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.BMI: the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.ESS score: the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).7.Blood coagulation indicator: the treatment group was compared,and the index differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Compared to the control group,the differences in the index were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).8.Poor response monitoring: no serious adverse reactions occur.Conclusion:The syndrome of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine,the symptoms of Chinese medicine,the symptoms of Chinese medicine,the symptoms of Chinese medicine,the symptoms of Chinese medicine,the symptoms of the disease,the symptoms of the disease,the symptoms of the disease,the symptoms of the disease,the symptoms of the disease,the symptoms of the disease,the symptoms of the disease,the symptoms of the disease,the symptoms of the disease,the symptoms of the disease,The coagulant function of the patients with the ohs(phlegm)is improved,and the blood coagulation of the OSAHS(phlegm)is improved.And there was no adverse reaction.
