Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a complex disease with high heterogeneity and multiple systems. The main purpose of treatment is to correct the endocrine disorders of patients, solve the clinical symptoms of patients, and prevent the occurrence of long-term complications. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, polycystic ovary syndrome involves multiple viscera, and clinical differentiation is more complicated.I am a Chinese medicine doctor who practice in Sydney Australia. The clinical cases are scattered because of individual clinic is small until I was fortunate to practice in the hospital of Guangzhou with my tutor then realized that polycystic ovary syndrome Jueyin syndrome is an important clinical type.Danggui Sini Decoction and Wenjing Decoction are the commonly used prescriptions from professor in treating Jueyin syndrome of polycystic ovary syndrome.Through literature study and retrospective study of clinical cases, this study analyzed the tutor's clinical application of Danggui Sini Decoction and Wenjing Decoction in the treatment of Jueyin syndrome of polycystic ovary syndrome and analyzed the characteristics of syndrome treatment in those kind of cases. Objective The analyze the relationship between Symptoms and Treatment for the Jueyin syndrome of Polycystic ovary syndrome and Danggui Sini Decoction and Wenjing Decoction is to provide valuable reference and guidance for clinical practice. Methods 1.Literature research Ancient Medical Books Classics,Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP database and Chinese biomedical literature database(CBMdisc)were used as the retrieval sources by computer. The key words are “Demonstration and treatment with Jueyin”,“Polycystic ovary syndrome”,“Danggui Sini Decoction”,“Wenjing Decoction” and “Gynecology”,the literature of the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine and last 20 years modern were searched.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Use EXCEL and SPSS 26.0 to establish the corresponding database with the disease name, symptom, physical sign, syndrome and prescription of traditional Chinese medicine as the field name The database data is analyzed by computer technology, and the golden section method is used to sort out the theory from the dialectical thinking and the syndrome.2.Clinical research In this study,416 outpatients of Professor Yang Hongyan were collected,2798 times in total.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,365 times of Wenjing Decoction and 120 times of Danggui Sini Decoction were selected,so the total number of outpatient diagnosis of Jueyin syndrome of polycystic ovary syndrome was 485 times, accounting for 17% of the total.Because the data only retain the characteristics of the first diagnosis,we delete the follow-up information, and divide them into Wenjing Decoction group and Danggui Sini Decoction syndrome group according to Jueyin cold syndrome treatment formula.Finally,108 Wenjing Decoction plus and 65 Danggui Sini Decoction addition and subtraction data are trapped. In the analysis of 173 cases in total.SPSS 26.0 software package was used for statistical analysis,Data mining methods, such as Knowledge Graph analysis, frequency analysis, association rules, cluster analysis, were used to analyze and summarize.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the curative effect, and to analyze the characteristics and relevant influencing factors of the effective population of clinical prescriptions. Results A total of 173 visits were included in this study, all with a clear description of the diagnosis of Chinese and Western medicine, and they were all effective people using prescriptions.According to the prescriptions used, the patients were divided into two groups: Wenjing Decoction group 108 times,Danggui Sini Decoction group 65 times. For the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients, the chi-square test was used to compare the two groups, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the four symptoms of acne, cold of hands and feet, afraid of cold, and constipation between the two groups(P<0.05),and P=0 for the three items of acne, cold hands and feet, and afraid of cold indicating that these three items may have very significant differences between the two groups. However, the four symptoms of anxiety, dry and bitter mouth, sleep disturbance, and loose stools were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in whether there was insulin resistance between the two groups(P >0.05);the difference in tongue and pulse conditions was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the PCOS patients in this study, the incidence of acne in Wenjing Decoction group was higher than that of Danggui Sini Decoction group, while the incidence of cold hands and feet, afraid of cold, and constipation in Danggui Sini Decoction group was relatively higher than that of Wenjing Decoction group. This analysis suggests that patients with Danggui Sini Decoction syndrome have more severe symptoms of coldness syndrome than those with Wenjing Decoction, and the symptoms of acne, which represents hot,are more pronounced in the Wenjing Decoction syndrome, therefore,it can be inferred that the degree of cold phenomena is Danggui Sini Decoction syndrome > Wenjing Decoction syndrome, and Wenjing Decoction syndrome contains more heat phenomena. Conclusion Stronger symptoms of cold of hands and feet, cold feeling overall body and constipation would be an indication for patients who are more suited for Danggui Sini decoction, whereas cold symptoms with a combined presentation of hot would be Co-exist for patients who are fit to use Wenjing decoction of the polycystic ovary syndrome patients.
