Knowledge Discovery In Terms Of Formal Concept Analysis On Selecting Points For Acupuncture Treatment Of Essential Hypertension

ObjectiveThrough the collection,collation and analysis of the clinical literature on acupuncture treatment of essential hypertension published in domestic journals in the past 10 years(2009-2019),this paper makes statistics of the high-frequency prescriptions in the clinical literature of acupuncture treatment of essential hypertension for research.To provide basic theory and clinical basis for acupuncture treatment of modern essential hypertension.MethodsCollect the full text database(CNKI)2009-2019 related to acupuncture treatment of essential hypertension literature,Chinese search subject terms:acupuncture,acupuncture,essential hypertension,hypertension,dizziness,supplemented by literature review and manual Operate the search,and under the premise of respecting the original work,construct an EXCEL file of the literature of essential hypertension,establish a knowledge base for the study of the rule of acupuncture treatment of essential hypertension,and use the name of the disease as "syndrome-syndrome-" The method relation of "treatment(acupoint)" for input is the generation and optimization of the conceptual background.After constructing the attribute partial order structure diagram,marking the objects and attributes according to the visual representation of the hierarchical relationship of the diagram,and from the overall and detailed findings on the "disease-symptoms" of acupuncture treatment of essential hypertension-Zhi(acupoint)" attribute partial order structure diagram is explained on this basis.ResultsThere are 324 literatures on acupuncture treatment of essential hypertension,involving 107 acupoints.The prescriptions of high frequency acupoint selection for different syndrome types of primary hypertension treated by Acupuncture:Taichong Point,Quchi point,Zusanli point,Hegu Point and Renying point.? Prescription of deficiency of liver and kidney yin:Baihui,Fengchi,Taichong,Taixi,Zusanli,Hegu;? phlegm dampness accumulation:Fenglong,Fengchi,Quchi,Sanyijiao,Quchi;? prescription of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity:Taichong,Taixi,Neiguan,Renying;? prescription of deficiency of Qi and blood:Zusanli,Baihui,Fengchi,Guanyuan,Sanyingjiao.?Prescription of hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome:Taichong,Quchi,Baihui and ganshu.The frequently used acupoints are:Taichong,Quchi,Zusanli,Fengchi,Hegu,Baihui,Sanyinjiao,and Taixi.ConclusionAcupuncture treatment of essential hypertension involves relatively concentrated acupoints and meridians,which are mainly concentrated in the liver and kidney yin deficiency and liver and kidney yang hyperactivity.It is suggested that more attention should be paid to these meridians and their points in the clinical practice of acupuncture treatment of essential hypertension.
