The Study Of Knowledge Discovery Of Famous TCM Veteran Doctor Liu Fangbai’s Clinical Experience About Common Diseases

The culture of traditional Chinese medical science has a long history, it carries manypeople’s valuable experiences of struggling with the disease. Nowadays with thecontinuous improvement of social science and technology and the instant results ofmedical technology of the west, Chinese medical science has been ignored and questionedby people, so promote the modernization and innovation of traditional Chinese medicalscience and make it become a more effective method to service for human’s health hasbeen an urgent task. The traditional Chinese medical science is different from the west,because it has profound culture, so the development of traditional Chinese medical sciencemust start from inheriting the previous experience, in succession to sum up the experienceand prepare to innovate.In this paper, with Liu Fangbai’s clinical experience as research object and FCA asresearch means, we raise a new method of knowledge discovery on the basis ofpartial-order attribute diagram. In the initial stage of research, we collected30kindsillness data from600million clinical copies, and selected10kinds of common diseases asthis paper’s research data. With the patients’ names as object set and the main symptomsas attribute set, construct formal context of diagnosis. With the patients’ names as objectset and main prescription drugs as attribute set, construct formal context of treatment. Onthe basis of formal context, generates partial-order attribute diagram of diagnosis andpartial-order attribute diagram of treatment, so as to realize knowledge discovery and ruleextraction.Formal concept analysis (FCA) is an effective tool for data analysis and ruleextraction based on formal context. FCA expresses the attribute, object and theirrelationship with formal language, and then constructs the concept lattice. Object partialorder theory is a new and with more useful value theory, which is formed under thesupport of concept lattice. In this paper combine partial-order attribute theory and LiuFangbai’s clinical experience. On the basis of partial-order attribute diagram, extract therule of Liu Fangbai’s clinical experience about common disease’s diagnosis and treatment, which has immeasurable value for the future’s disease diagnosis and treatment.
