Movie View is the product of the transformation of Chinese society and mass culture in the 1990 s.It is a Popular Entertainment Movie Magazine,which is successfully transformed by literature magazines under the market economy system of China and the marketing process of periodical industry.With the slogan of "the first issue of Chinese movie fans",Movie View insists on taking the movie as the soul,taking the audience as the center,and taking the objective reflection of the current situation of the movie industry as its own duty.At the same time,in the face of the strong impact of the Internet media and changes in the way the general public read,Movie View can assess the situation,integrate media resources,and make many revisions,it has become a popular entertainment movie magazine since the 21 st century.Its rapid development,on the one hand,reflects the marketing team's management ability and strategic decision-making ability;on the other hand,it also reflects its adaptation to the changes in the public aesthetic culture of the dissemination of interest.In this paper,Based on Movie View,this paper elucidates the joural of the development process,publishing patterns and text sorting,in the context of market economy,cultural transformation and media integration.On the basis of absorbing the theoretical research results of mass communication,sociology,aesthetics,film and so on,this paper further analyzes the background,process and reasons of the formation,development and evolution of the taste of the movie.This paper tries to reveal the relationship between the development strategy of the popular entertainment periodicals and the development of the mass aesthetic taste and the media in the social in the period of cultural transition.The main body of the paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter elucidates the development of Chinese film magazine,and the launch of timing,publishing form,revision status of Movie View,from the perspective of history..As the seventh art,film's artistic form,creative means and theme are largely influenced by the politics,economy,culture and technology of the society at that time.Chinese film magazine develops along with the development of Chinese film.It is not only the recorder of the development history of Chinese film,but also the witness of the development history of Chinese film.On the one hand,it shows the characteristics of The Times of the film,on the other hand,it also describes the cultural changes of the society.Through the analysis of the development history of Chinese film magazines,this paper explains the development pattern of Chinese film industry in different periods,the trend of interest and the boost of film magazines to the cultural trend in different periods,and provides a basis for the study of contemporary film magazines.On this basis,the author draws out the book Movie View,which was published in the period of social and cultural transformation in the late 1990 s.By sorting out the background and development course of the first publication of Movie View,this paper analyzes the reason why it quickly stands out and occupies most of the audience market.At the same time,it analyzes how to grasp the characteristics of The Times and carry out the evolution of survival strategies in the context of information change and reading changes.To prepare the ground for the next interesting research.The second chapter discusses the generation,evolution and relationship between the interest groups of Movie View from the static and dynamic perspectives.By analyzing the internal logic of its interest generation and communication,the relationship between interest and cultural context is further investigated,and the strategies of its media development are explored.In the 1990 s,traditional media transformed from mass communication to focus communication.This change has brought about the interaction mode with the interest as the core between the media and the audience.The research on the generation of interest in Movie View should revert to the specific social and cultural background,and analyze the external driving factors and internal communication logic that promote the generation of interest.The reason and logic are both realistic and historical.Under the influence of these factors,Movie View adopts the strategy of audience positioning,locking its target audience group,and through the interaction between the target audience group and the interest group at the level of interest,guiding and shaping,to construct an interest culture rich in contemporary aesthetic fashion.With the change of the form of media communication,the traditional media interest and the audience interest tend to be alienated.In the change of The Times,the interest transmitted and presented by the media and cultural commodities in watch a movie also changes and innovates accordingly,which is also an embodiment of a survival strategy.The third chapter,takes the magazine cover as the main research object,and discusses the presentation of Movie View as a cultural commodity from three aspects: the design of the magazine cover,the aesthetic taste of the picture,and the film taste in the format,from the perspective of contemporary visual communication and cultural consumption,.In the era of visual culture consumption,the aesthetic form of mass culture is transformed from aestheticity of life to life-oriented aestheticity.For popular journals,text is gradually usurped by images.With the advent of the "picture reading era",the magazine's external symbol system,namely the magazine's cover and layout design,became the main means to adapt to the visual consumption.Compared with other types of magazines,film magazines have unique picture resources.The cover of Movie View has a strong visual impact from its inception,which is of course one of the important reasons for its rapid entry into the reader market.In the process of the change of the cover and layout design of watching film,it mainly reflects the fashion interest of the magazine as a cultural commodity,and also reflects the change of the magazine's positioning and aesthetic interest.The fourth chapter takes the social and cultural transformation of the magazine as the background,the public aesthetic form as the premise,the inner communication symbol of the magazine--the column as the research object,and discusses the interesting presentation of Movie View as the media.Analyze the media interest reflected by the film development and cultural change.In the period of rapid development of media,the interesting groups shaped by contemporary media generally have the characteristics of entertainment,popularity and fashion consumption.Popular entertainment movie magazines reflect these interesting characteristics of the public.Therefore,by placing Movie View in the scope of macroscopic and public movie information classification,the author can better explain the mass media attribute of Movie View through the evolution of the column name and case analysis of classic columns.Then,the paper explores the interesting strategy based on the media form presented by Movie View when it reports the open film information.That is,how it extracts high level entertainment based on the mass and entertainment,and promotes the media value,so as to distinguish it from other similar film magazines.The fifth chapter starts from the point of view of the interesting cultural implication,and through the text analysis of the classic column of the Movie View and the supplement Midnight Show,explains the cultural purport of the cinephilia,and discusses the creation of the cinephilia field and the orientation of the cinephilia culture to the audience.American critic Susan sontag,in an article commemorating the centenary of the birth of the film,mentioned that the disappearance of " cinephilia " would lead to the decline of the film,which caused this term,which was born in the embryonic period of film art,to reappear in the public view.In this way,some scholars started a positive discussion on the cinephilia culture,and the neglected fandom group was paid attention to again in the narrative of film development history.In the description of the cultural history of cinephilia,film magazine was one of the main propellers of the early cinephilia culture.Film magazines are the embodiment of the film culture.Therefore,Movie View from the cultural connotation is a film.At the same time,the audience-centered Movie View is the only film magazine published acorrding to customization,that is based on Chinese fans' obsession with movies.The elements of cinephilia in the regular issue of Movie View and the orientation of fans in the supplement Midnight Show jointly promote the cinephilia culture.
