The landscape painting style of the Song Dynasty has undergone tremendous changes after the "Jingkang Change",and this change is concentrated in Li Tang,a painter of both the Northern Song Dynasty and the Southern Song Dynasty Painting Academy.He also became a unique landscape painter in the Song Dynasty.The academic circles have made in-depth research on Li Tang’s birth and death year,the encounter of south crossing,and the authenticity of his works,and have a high evaluation of his status in painting history.On the basis of previous achievements,this topic makes a case study from the perspective of artistic noumenon,deeply studies the characteristics and changes of landscape painting before and after Li Tang’s "South Crossing",and explores the different creative thoughts and connotations before and after,and finally systematically analyzes and explores the causes and historical values of the evolution of Li Tang’s landscape painting.By combing and comparing the relevant historical documents of Li Tang’s life activities,the characteristics of his works and his artistic influence,the full text has a more comprehensive grasp of Li Tang’s mentoring relationship,style characteristics and creative ideas.Then combined with the practical experience of landscape painting creation,through on-the-spot investigation,the comparison and image analysis of Li Tang’s landscape paintings in different periods and the real landscape pictures,and the brush and ink techniques,spelling patterns and shapes of the landscape paintings before and after Li Tang’s "Nandu" were compared and analyzed.In-depth analysis and comparative research on the characteristics and changes of language,color relationship and other aspects.Finally,through image textual research and historical data combing,this paper explores the different aesthetic connotations and ideological connotations behind Li Tang’s landscape paintings before and after "South Crossing",and makes an in-depth analysis and new interpretation of the causes and influences of the evolution of Li Tang’s landscape painting method from the perspective of artistic creation.Crossing from Zhongzhou of Northern Song Dynasty to Qiantang of Southern Song Dynasty,the changes of natural geographical environment,social and humanistic environment and aesthetic trend of the times in Li Tang also promoted the gradual change of creation style,pen and ink and shape,composition schema and aesthetic taste of Li Tang landscape painting.Basically,it is from giant mountains and rivers to small hand scrolls,from small axe splitting to big axe splitting,from "panoramic style" to "scene-cutting style",from working hard to setting colors to dripping ink,from "Wanhe Songfeng" to "Qingxi Fishing Hidden",which is also the painter Li Tang from inheriting ancient methods to making bold innovation,from objective reappearance to subjective performance,from "Taoism" Li Tang not only completed the transformation from "panoramic style" in Northern Song Dynasty to "corner style" in Southern Song Dynasty,but also had an important influence on the development of landscape painting in Southern Song Dynasty,early Ming Dynasty and Japan.Moreover,Li Tang’s enterprising spirit from worshiping the ancient to innovating,his unique painting language and the creation of poetic realm of landscape painting also have certain enlightenment to contemporary landscape painting creation.
