Research On The Construction Of Political Culture Within The Communist Party Of China

At the sixth plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed for the first time to strengthen the construction of the Inner-Party Political Culture based on various problems existing in party 's political life.Since then,from the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the clear understanding of the "seven haves",the connotation of the core proposition of the Inner-Party Political Culture construction has been gradually condensed,the principle of construction has been gradually clarified,and the path of construction has been gradually clarified.It can be seen that the proposition of Inner-Party Political Culture has a strong problem orientation and is the party's positive response to the new challenges of the new era.On the basis of the existing research results in the academic circle,based on the theoretical development and practical requirements of the party's construction,this paper examines,combs and positively responds to the era topic of the Inner-Party Political Culture construction from the the history of the Communist Party of China,the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and the development of human civilization.The paper is divided into three parts: introduction,main body and conclusion.On the basis of clarifying the origin of Inner-Party Political cultural issues,the introduction first takes culture,political culture and Inner-Party Political Culture as logical clues to clarify the connotation,theoretical value and internal law of Inner-Party Political Culture.Secondly,the research status of Inner-Party Political Culture is combed based on its connotation,characteristics,development process,construction significance,construction approach and development trend.Thirdly,on the basis of combing the research status,the research methods and ideas of this paper are clarified.In the end,the shortcomings of the existing research and the possible innovations of this paper are discussed.The main part of this paper includes the theoretical basis,historical evolution,experience and lessons,basic ideas and path exploration of Inner-Party Political Culture.The first chapter mainly discusses the theoretical basis of Inner-Party Political Culture.The theoretical basis of the Inner-Party Political Culture is composed of the theoretical origins of Marxism,Chinese traditional culture and red revolutionary culture.The Marxist cultural theory,proletarian party political theory and system construction theory of the origin of Marxist theory;the people-oriented thought,the rule of law thought,the rule of law strategy and the reform spirit of destiny of the origin of Chinese traditional cultural theory;the firm ideal and faith,sincere people's feelings and great of the origin of red revolutionary cultural theory,the spirit of fearless revolution constitutes the concrete content of the theoretical basis of Inner-Party Political Culture.The second chapter mainly combs the historical evolution of the Inner-Party Political Culture.The Inner-Party Political Culture has always been accompanied by the development of the Communist Party of China.The development of the Inner-Party Political Culture has experienced the initial exploration in the period of new democratic revolution,the beneficial exploration in the period of socialist revolution and construction,the tortuous development in the period of Cultural Revolution and the new development since the reform and opening up.The carding of the historical evolution of the Inner-Party Political Culture lays a foundation for the summary of the experience and lessons of the Inner-Party Political Culture construction,the definition of the basic proposition and the foundation of Inner-Party Political Culture with the excellent traditional Chinese culture,guard the source of Inner-Party Political Culture with the red culture,cultivate Inner-Party Political Culture with the advanced socialist culture,and refer to the construction of Inner-Party Political Culture with the excellent achievements of Western political culture and the construction of system as the basis of Inner-Party Political Culture,which together constructs the construction path of Inner-Party Political Culture.The conclusion part briefly summarizes the content of the article,clarifies the development trend of the Inner-Party Political cultural construction,and makes clear that we should have a clear understanding of the fundamental,long-term,arduous and repetitive nature of the Inner-Party Political cultural construction.Only by upholding the spirit of "waiting for no time,fighting for the day and night",we should establish the sense of worry and responsibility of always worrying about the party's heart and abiding by the responsibility of rejuvenating the party consciousness,on the basis of the whole party's establishment of the Inner-Party Political Culture of respecting system,advocating system and guarding system,the Inner-Party Political Culture of belief,modern and system in a broad sense,which is guided by the rule of law culture and supported by the system construction,can make the Inner-Party Political Culture of fresh air become popular in the party.
