Research On The Construction Of The Reform Discourse Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Third Plenary Session Of The Eleventh Central Committee

The "discourse of reform" of the Communist Party of China is the core symbolic content for recording,describing,and interpreting the great social changes in contemporary China,which embodies the reform theory and wisdom of the Communist Party of China and is an important category and an organic component of the discourse system with Chinese characteristics,existing widely in China's current real life in a state of observability in quantity and sustainable development in quality.It is proposed that the topic "Study on the Construction and Optimization of the Chinese Communist Party's Reform Discourse Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee"is an important dimension that regards the construction and optimization of discourse as an important factor to understand the thought and practice of the Chinese Communist Party in governing the country for more than 40 years of reform and opening up,whose purpose is to further promote the development and improvement of the Chinese discourse system and the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era by exploring the internal mechanism of the Chinese Communist Party's actively constructing key political discourses and promoting social change since the new era of reform and opening up.The focus of this article lies in "What kind of active role does the Chinese Communist Party play in the production and reproduction of the reform discourse and thus what kind of political discourse does the reform discourse become?How is it related to the important changes in Chinese society for more than forty years?What kind of logic of the Chinese Communist Party's governance in that?"The purpose is to focus on the exploration of the core content and corresponding mechanisms,characteristics,effects,etc.from the perspective of combining Marxist theoretical research with discourse analysis to provide care and reflection for the construction of Chinese discourse in the context of reform and opening up.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article consists of seven chapters.Chapter one.Starting from the analysis of related concepts and contents,it regulates the basic categories and contents of this research.In particular,it defines the connotation of the concept of the "Discourse of the Communist Party of China",considering it to be a collection of expressions expressed by the Communist Party of China through language in the context of leading the socialist reform practice.In terms of content,it contains the discourse sequence of reform,such as subject,object,approach,purpose and value.Chapter two.The internal and external basis of the construction and optimization of reform discourse of the Chinese Communist Party is mainly discussed.First,thoughts on political discourse from Marx to Mao Zedong and other Marxist writers'have formed the theoretical basis for the construction of reform discourse.Second,the historical evolution of the mainstream political discourse of the Communist Party of China during the revolutionary period conceived the potential energy of reform discourse.Finally,the objective needs of mastering the discourse power of socialist reform,advancing the overall deepening of reforms,and constructing an international political discourse system have jointly constructed the realistic logic of the development and evolution of reform discourse.Chapter three.It focuses on the main clues and internal rationale of the interaction between the Communist Party of China and the discourse of reform in the history of discourse development.Therefore,starting from the development process of the construction and optimization of reform discourse,it is realized that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the reform discourse has undergone five stages of content-rich and different shaping processes,forming a relatively mature systematization.Chapter four.This part starts from the main content of acquiring discourse construction,then systematically discusses meaningful construction to discourse of reform conducted by the Communist Party of China.Under the construction of connotation which has conceptions as the core and the proposition as relevance,the discourse of reform of the Communist Party of China has become the political discourse filled with rationality;By adopting experience-summarizing,enthusiasm-inciting and belief-agglomerating as three parts for emotional meaningful construction,emotional function of political practice can be integrated into the discourse of reform,making China's practice of reform get emotionally political positive support.This consolidates the foundation of people's support and acknowledging reform;Underneath the Communist Party of China caring about context-jointing,appreciation-enhancing and sharing within the world,the social and cultural meaning of the discourse of reform is established.This not only elevates both the sensitivity that the discourse of reform has towards the variance of social culture and interpretation for China's reform,but as well strengthens the meaningful interaction and informative exchange of the discourse of reform globally,making the discourse of reform literally the discourse with Chinese characteristics".With the help of this three-in-one meaningful construction,the discourse of reform of the Communist Party of China becomes rational,public and profound mainstream political discourse in China.Chapter five.The issue of the value basis of the construction and optimization of discourse of reform is mainly discussed.It can be found that "development","socialism" and "people" carry the distinct value content of the subject of the discourse and are the three core dimensions to understand the latter's construction and optimization of the discourse of reform.Judging from the results of its shaping of the reform discourse,this is fundamentally related to the self-positioning,goal pursuit,and governance ethics of the Communist Party of China as a Marxist ruling party in the new era of reform and opening up.Chapter six.In order to understand the construction of the discourse of reform since new era and the internal rationales that make the prioritizing constantly realized,this part explores the specific mechanism of discourse production and reproduction.It believes that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the unity of mass creation and the sublimation of the party,the unity of critical inheritance and creative interpretation,and the unity of centralized molding and perfection in daily life play a key role.Chapter Seven ends by connecting theoretical research and practical needs,summing up the outstanding,empirical and enlightening contents as a whole in the research process.This chapter points out that the construction of reform discourse embodies the doctrine of Marxist ideology,the new orientation of theoretical innovation in Sinicized Marxism as well as the duality in the vision of the constructing discourse system.These intensively show the ideological and behavioral awareness of CPC leading the revolution in society.Also,these points fully exhibit the CPC's wisdom of governing the state and enforcing the reform in the process of its governance.What's more,they vividly show the "political confidence" and "reform confidence" that are emerging and increasing within the CPC.All of these achievements are realized by holding on the correct ideological line,constantly enhancing the discursive innovation based on the practice under the guidance of Marxism and regarding the Marxist ideological power as the key point.Nowadays,many contents in the reform discourse and even the discourse system with Chinese characteristics are facing the necessity of field expansion and in-depth development,which enlightens us to continue to consolidate the practical foundation of discourse construction,to enhance the explanatory power of Chinese discourse in multiple dimensions,to improve the institutional level of discourse construction,to promote and make the discourse construction with Chinese characteristics better in dealing with the relationship between Chinese and foreign discourse.
