Since the party's 18 th National Congress,the Chinese nation has ushered in a new era of great dreams of “strengthening”.In order to truly achieve the “strong”era of the times,China must have strong "hard power" and advanced cultural "soft power," and cultural "soft power" is mainly reflected in the fact that socialism with Chinese characteristics has the right to speak.The key to having the right to speak is the power of interpretation,communication,influence,and dominance of the discourse system.We should have the most say in interpreting China's practice and constructing Chinese theories,but in fact the voice of our country's philosophy and social sciences is international.It is still relatively small,and it is still in a situation where there is no reason to say it and if it cannot be said that it cannot be transmitted,the Chinese discourse right is faced with the current situation of both difficulties and opportunities.Therefore,building a socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics has become an urgent task and has become a key issue for academic research.The academic research on the discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is scattered and fragmented.The study of the overall construction based on the systematic theoretical framework has not yet emerged.This article intends to analyze the results of academic research,based on the socialist development practice and theoretical system.It tries to use the brand-new “core meaning of discourse system” as the theoretical framework,and takes the goal of gaining the discourse power of Chinese socialism as the goal.The discourse system,which is rational,effective,and prerogative.The article adheres to the principle of unity of history and logic,uses structure-process the international discourse power as a whole and presents a multi-dimensional feature,analyzes the US-led “discourse hegemony” status,and China faces a weak domestic discourse and a strong weak economic culture.In the situation and in the international situation of "the strong power of the West and the Weak," the difficulties and opportunities coexist.This requires that we use the power of discourse as a direct goal to build an influential discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and then use various strategies and techniques to promote it.The article finally combed and analyzed China's concrete implementation path to gain discourse power,and put forward practical countermeasures for the final implementation of discourse power,and also put forward practical suggestions and feasible solutions for the discourse system with Chinese characteristics that can ultimately achieve international discourse power.
