With the deepening of feminist studies, gender politics in developing countries has become a new academic frontier. As a representative of new Marxism,Nancy Fraser's gender justice theory puts forward economic justice, cultural justice and political justice. From the perspective of gender justice, this dissertation holds that“participation equality” is the key element of gender justice in the Gulf countries. The evaluation of gender justice cannot be separated from the time and space of characteristics, while abstract gender justice does not exist.Taking Iran,Saudi Arabia and Kuwait as cases, this dissertation divides gender politics of Gulf countries into three interrelated dimensions, namely, gender policy at the level of official legislation, women's social movement and women's political participation, and tests how gender justice is embodied in the cause of women's liberation in the Gulf countries. The research shows that gender politics in Gulf countries is the product of history, religion, nationality and tradition, and is also influenced by the progress of the epoch. The status of women in the Gulf states in the private and public spheres is constantly improving, but they are also facing many obstacles. This is the process of the interaction between conservatism and reformism, and the result of the conflict between vested interest groups and emerging interest groups. In this process,Islam has the most far-reaching influence on the national superstructure, followed by the political systems of various countries.Among them, the women's movement and political participation in constitutional monarchy countries have achieved the most conspicuous progress, the Islamic theocracy system is the second, and the last is the monarchy states. With the Gulf countries putting forward medium and long-term development strategies, the improvement of women's social status and the increasing initiative of participating in political affairs will become the internalized social norms of Gulf countries. This is not only a product of the reform process of the Gulf countries, but also a new force to promote economic, social and political reform in the Gulf countries. The women's social movements and their participation in political affairs in the Gulf countries are highly in line with the UN 2030 development agenda and the development goals of China's women's Liberation in the new era.China's cooperation with these countries, particularly her “Belt and Road Initiative” has helped to promote the development of the people-to-people exchanges, and also to the progress and advancement of the global women's cause.
