Research On Xi Jinping Cadres Ideological Education

A hundred years on,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has always attached great importance to the ideological education of Party officials,which is also one of the important measures for the CPC to maintain its advanced nature forever.Xi Jinping,the General Secretary of the Central Committee of CPC,during his successive positions as grass-roots Party official,secretary of provincial and municipal Party committees,,the headmaster of the Party School of the Central Committee,and general secretary of the Central Committee,always pays much attention to the Party officials' thought education.He used Marxism standpoint,viewpoint and method,summed up the practical experience of the ideological education of Party officials,explored the law of the development of it,and opened up a new realm for it.Xi Jinping's ideological education for Party officials is rooted in the fine Chinese culture and draws on the essence of official ethics,such as “Strengthening Morality and appointing the virtuous”,“respecting and loving people”,“governing the rule of law” and“being honest and upright”.It follows the theories of Marxist classical writers and inherits the ideological education theories of “inculcating learning”,“attaching importance to democracy”,“maintaining advanced”,“combating corruption and building a clean government”,etc.It also inherits the advanced thoughts of the Party officials' ideological education of the CPC and adheres to the scientific experience of the sanitization of Marxism practice accumulated in the course of China's revolution,construction,and reform.The Xi Jinping's ideological education for Party officials is based on the theoretical research of classic Marxist writers,the CPC Party officials' ideological education,and excellent traditional Chinese culture.This paper applies the literature research,historical analysis methods,and comparative analysis methods to further reveal the formation process of Xi Jinping's cadre thought,basing on the background of the fierce struggle in the fields of international economic globalization,political multi-polarization,the strategic goals of comprehensively deepening reform,comprehensively governing the country according to law,and comprehensively governing the party strictly;In addition,this paper clearly puts forward the four aspects of Xi Jinping's ideological education for Party officials,including educations of party spirit,theoretical,moral,and thinking;This paper also summarized the main practical measures of Xi Jinping's Party officials' ideological education practice,that is,clearing the function of the main channel of the Party school,perfecting the mechanism of Party officials' education,and developing new position of the network to carry out ideological education for Party officials.It highlights the combination of the three,that is,the combination of theoretical armament and grassroots training,the combination of concentrated education and regular education,and the combination of traditional education and network education.This paper further clarifies the theory and practice of ideological education of Party officials of Xi Jinping,and highlights the political value of consolidating the ideological foundation of Party unity and unity,the organizational guarantee of the Party's long-term governance,and strengthening the Party's sense of responsibility for the people Xi Jinping's ideological education for Party officials adheres to and develops the theory of CPC Party officials' ideological education,deepens the regularity cognition of training good Party officials in the new era,and forms an important part of Xi Jinping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era;It provides strategic guarantee for the realization of the “Two Centenary Goals” and the Chinese Dream of great national renewal,provides important basis for the enrichment and development of socialist governance with Chinese characteristics,and provides practical value for building a strong contingent of Party officials.
