The Role Of College Student Village Officials In Rural Ideological And Political Education

A large number of university graduates join in the new countryside construction since the policy of college student village official putting into practice, whose achievements are obvious as well as problems can’t be ignored. As a very important part of new countryside construction, the rural ideological and political education is also an unavoidable problem the college student village official have to face, and even a standard for determining whether a college student village official is qualified or not. This paper is aimed at this topic to analyses how to play the important role of college student village official in the rural ideological and political education, and the main contents are presented as follows.Firstly, some basic concepts related to the topic were described to clarify the research object in the paper, such as the definitions of the college student village official, farmer, new countryside and rural ideological and political education as well as the characters of some of them.Secondary, in order to analyze how to play the important role of college student village official in the rural ideological better, the status and the dilemmas of the policy of college student village official at present were analyzed and the causes of the dilemmas were clarified.Later, the status and the dilemmas of the rural ideological and political education at present were analyzed and the causes of the dilemmas were clarified. On the one hand, the analyses clarified the causes of the dilemmas in the rural ideological and political education; on the other hand, they were helpful to analyze how to make full use of the student village official in the rural ideological and political education.Finally, based on the conjoint analysis of the college student village official and the rural ideological and political education, there are four countermeasures proposed to make full use of the college student village official in the rural ideological and political education, which including raising awareness on the rural ideological and political education of the college student village official, improving the contents and methods of the rural ideological and political education with college student village official and strengthening the construction of grass-roots Party organizations by taking full advantage of the opportunity of the college student village official.
