A New Development Stage To Improve The National Governance Efficiency

To improve the efficiency of national governance is related to the goal of realizing the modernization of national governance system and governance ability,to the realization of the goal of "two hundred years"and to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream.The fourth Plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to"transform the institutional advantage into the efficiency of national governance ",and the Fifth Plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee took" the efficiency of national governance has been newly improved "as an important goal of China's economic and social development in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to explore the problem of improving the efficiency of national governance in the new stage of development.The thesis is divided into five parts: the concept definition,the theory construction,the reality predicament and the practice path to carry on the thorough comparison,the analysis,the explanation,the demonstration,aims to answer the national governance efficiency "what is "," why ","what trend" what question ",the new development stage enhances the national governance efficiency "how to do" and so on important theory and the reality question.The first part analyzes the basic concept and connotation of national governance efficiency,and mainly solves the problem of what is national governance efficiency.From the basic definition,we can understand the effectiveness of national governance from two aspects: first,to achieve the
