The Study On The Military Intelligence Culture Of Myanmar

This dissertation stands in the position of historical materialism and studies the development,performance,factors,and influence of Myanmar's military intelligence culture.Based on the relevant theoretical foundations of cultural science,information science,military science,psychology,etc.,combined with the laws of military intelligence and culture,and the special environment for the development of military intelligence culture in Myanmar.Using a comprehensive approach,such as: inductive analysis,deductive reasoning,theoretical derivation,general research and case analysis,and so on.This dissertation has an in-depth understanding of Myanmar's military intelligence culture and related issues.First,it is recognized that the essence of military intelligence culture is the directional accumulation of culture in military intelligence activities.It not only carries the common core of culture,but also contains the distinctive connotation of military intelligence.It contains specific cultural cultures such as national culture,strategic culture,military culture,and political culture.Therefore,studying military intelligence from a cultural perspective is a research direction worth exploring.Second,recognizing that Myanmar's military intelligence culture has been nurtured in the cultural soil of a long tradition,it has experienced a tortuous and turbulent development process,subject to the economic foundation of backward imbalance,and faces a special and complicated reality.Therefore,Myanmar military intelligence culture is a distinctive country model in the military intelligence culture research system.Third,recognizing that Myanmar's intelligence culture has a long history,accompanied by the emergence of prehistoric class social intelligence practice in Myanmar,which was initially formed during the ancient feudal dynasty,distorted during the modern colonial struggle,unbalanced development under the military dictatorship,and democratic reform Adjust the transformation during the process.Therefore,Myanmar military intelligence culture is a system that changes with the development of the times.Fourth,recognizing that Myanmar's military intelligence culture not only refl ects the universal cultural characteristics of military intelligence,but also shows the characteristics of twists and turns in the specific historical context of Myanmar,and shows the characteristics of devout fate in religious thoughts.It shows the cha racteristics of passive and restrained,and shows the characteristics of strict and arrogant in the style of practice.Together with the sensitive disposition of ethnic habits,the traditional conservatism in ideological concepts,and the bureaucratic centralization characteristics in management practice,the special style of Myanmar military intelligence culture has been formed,and the military intelligence culture differences in Myanmar have also been formed.Fifth,recognizing that historical geography,geopolitics,historical experience,social structure and other historical national conditions are the objective soil for nurturing Myanmar's military intelligence and cultural traditions;religious culture,values,ideology,national character and other i deas are generating military intelligence culture in Myanmar.Traditional sources of consciousness;colonial intelligence culture in the colonial period,such as intelligence specialization reform,political information management,and grassroots intelligence gathering,is a special background for shaping Myanmar's modern intelligence system;the reason for promoting the change of Myanmar's military intelligence culture is complicated military-political relations and internal struggles.Therefore,the formation and development of Myanmar's military intelligence culture is the result of a combination of multi-faceted and multi-domain factors.Sixth,recognizing that historical and cultural accumulation has a stable and solid effect on Myanmar's intelligence a ctivities,cultural changes have also had a sudden transformation of Myanmar's intelligence activities.Therefore,the military intelligence culture of Myanmar has exerted both positive and negative effects on the practice and development of military intelligence in Myanmar through inheritance and turnaround.In addition,through the analysis of the special model of Myanmar's military intelligence culture,this paper also considers and explores in expanding the perspective of intelligence and academic resear ch and enriching the academic system of national military intelligence culture.And strive to get some useful inspiration in promoting the construction of our military intelligence and cultural system.
