Teachers are the leading role in the process of education and teaching,Historically who have always played the most crucial role in the developing process,implementation morphology,and quality assurance of education and teaching in the history of education development at all times in both ancient and modern.Therefore,the research on why to train teachers,what kind of teachers to train and how to train teachers has never stopped since ancient times,which is still an important research topic in the field of teacher education today.Whether teacher education policy at the national level or the research of researchers in the field of education,these issues cannot be avoided.Under the general trend of knowledge transformation and social structure transformation in China,Teacher education as an important part of social talent training,will gradually transform to accommodate the needs of the new trend.Therefore,How to train excellent teachers to accommodate the new needs of social structure transformation,has become an important core issue of teacher education transformation.When people think about how to train excellent teachers,information technology as an emerging discipline being integrated into teacher education at an amazing speed,which not only contributes to the construction of excellent teachers,but also brings great challenges.The influence of information technology on teacher education,the role of information technology has changed from early partner and supporter to the participant of teacher education,and which has gradually entered into the core of teacher education curriculum and become the core force of teacher education reform.In this context,the construction of excellent teachers from the perspective of integrated technology is particularly important.How to train excellent teachers from the perspective of information technology integration,What kind of knowledge structure should an excellent teacher have from the perspective of information technology integration,has become an important topic in the field of teacher education.Therefore,from the perspective of integrated technology,This paper taking excellent primary school Chinese teachers in different regions and in different regions in four cities of J province as the research object,adopts the method of integrating quantitative and qualitative research methods to explore the knowledge structure of excellent Chinese teachers under integrated technology,and then puts forward corresponding development strategies.The specific research mainly includes the following parts:Firstly,To construct the theoretical research framework of knowledge structure of excellent primary school Chinese teachers from the perspective of integrated technology.Determined by the essential attribute of teacher knowledge,this paper divides the knowledge structure of excellent primary school Chinese teachers into theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge from the perspective of integrated technology.Through the review of previous research results,the research has clarified the theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge research model framework,measurement methods and standards,application and expansion,as well as its solutions and solutions.The basic theories related to them are summarized to provide more solid theoretical support and solid theoretical foundation for the research.Finally,the basic framework of knowledge structure index system of excellent Chinese teachers from the perspective of integrated technology is established.Secondly,To establish the knowledge structure of excellent primary school Chinese teachers from the perspective of integrated technology.Based on the research results of foreign researches,especially American researches on the theory of outstanding teachers,this paper constructs the theoretical structure of the knowledge structure of outstanding teachers of primary school Chinese from the perspective of integrated technology,namely,the theoretical knowledge structure and the practical knowledge structure system.This paper designs and develops research tools on the basis of integrating the knowledge structure of the two main levels of the knowledge structure of the excellent primary school Chinese teachers from the perspective of technology,that is,the system of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge structure.Determined by the essential attribute of teachers' knowledge,In terms of quantitative research,this paper adopts questionnaire survey as method of data collection,and structural equation model as method of data analysis to analyze the internal logical relationship between theoretical structural system indicators of excellent teachers in primary school Chinese.In terms of qualitative research,this paper adopts the case study as method to collect relevant data through non-participant observation and structured interview research of the studied objects,and adopts constant comparative method of the grounded theory to analyze the data,so as to analyze and present the internal logical relationship between the practical structural elements of outstanding primary school Chinese teachers.Thirdly,Empirical study on the core factors of the theoretical knowledge structure of Chinese teachers with excellent integration technology.According to the related basic theory research and the research design and tool development,this paper chooses primary school Chinese outstanding teachers as object to carry out the investigation.Meanwhile,the survey results for investigation has been utilized for structural equation modeling,namely,to implement SEM model analysis finally to confirm the outstanding teachers' quality structure of each component and the structure and the quantitative relationship between the elements from the perspective of integrated technology.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the influence of technical knowledge factors on other knowledge factors in the theoretical knowledge of excellent Chinese teachers in primary schools in order to highlight the critical importance of technical factors to the development of excellent Chinese teachers.Fourth,Case study on the core factors of practical knowledge structure of excellent Chinese teachers with integrated technology.Based on teachers teacher's teaching observation and semi-structured interview of H,L and S case,through continuous comparison of qualitative analysis methods to confirm practical knowledge structure,the related factors and the qualitative relationship between factors,finally to construct knowledge structure system of Chinese outstanding teachers.Meanwhile,this paper makes a concrete analysis of the factors influencing the construction of the practical knowledge of the outstanding Chinese teachers in primary schools.Finally,this paper analyzes the influence of technical knowledge factors on other knowledge factors in the practical knowledge of excellent Chinese teachers in primary schools in order to highlight the critical importance of technical factors to the development of excellent Chinese teachers.Fifth,Research conclusions.Based on the conclusion of quantitative questionnaire survey and qualitative case study,this paper determines the knowledge structure system of excellent Chinese teachers with integrated technology,as well as the connotation and interaction of each element of knowledge structure.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the strategy of teacher education development of excellent Chinese teachers.
