Information age, technology continues to be applied to teaching, the degree of technical, educational environment continues to improve, teachers want to be competent, modern education and teaching, it must be included in the new technology their professional knowledge structure. Mishra and Koehler proposed integrated knowledge of teaching techniques (TPACK) framework of the teachers’ knowledge, technical integration and knowledge structure provides a new idea.The study was conducted by primary school mathematics teachers TPACK Xixia composition and characteristics of research, exploring the status quo Xixia elementary mathematics teachers practice TPACK found factors TPACK teacher development, and ultimately proposed to increase the level of primary school mathematics teachers TPACK development strategy.
