The International Division Of Labor Within The Product And The Choice Of China

Since 1960s, the bias trend of the economic globalization and non-integration of the Intra-product international specification has become the one of the most important research issues. As the impact of economic globalization and the further development of the intra-Intra-product international specification, has not only brought some opportunities, but also challenge to the Chinese economy. Based on these facts, this article will focus on the Intra-product international specification and strategic choices of China.This study includes the following three aspects:First, given a situation of panoramic view scan of China involve international trade and product intra-specializa tion.Then, find out the determine sector of China's specification involved, secondly, the basis of these studies above all, to find out the main mode of Intra-product international specification, to explain why China participated in the international specification and why the China's enterprise is more preferred mode of FDI rather than outsourcing. Eventually, we give some political advice.In the first part of this paper, we review the theoretical and empirical studies before, and made it as a theoretical basis for this study. Subsequently, we review China's participation mode by owner, partners and way, then, we summarized as the realistic basis of this study. Finally, through an empirical model parameter estimation, estimates or decisions which affect the specification of China's in the product factor.The second part of this article based on the earlier studies. Firstly, summarized the main modle of China involved in international specification. Secondly we analyzed the FDI and outsourcing advantage and. shortage, then, use comparative static analysis methods demonstrated alternative mode of FDI and outsourcing relationships. Subsequently, an empirical model tested by the conclusions of this article.The third part of the policy recommendations proposed in this paper. In this section, the paper summarizes the product of East Asian countries participate in international sepcialization policy and industrial policy, based on the proposed deal with China's current form of international trade and the leading industries, and the corresponding industrial policy and trade policy recommendations.
