Products Division Of The Perspective Of China's Foreign Trade Development Research

One of the prominent features in the second upsurge of economic globalization, which appeared in second half of the 20th century, is the international intra-product specialization and the prevalent intra-product trade. The intra-product trade taken the form of processing trade promoted the development of global trade including the East Asian region. In terms of reality, the development of trade should not be limited to inter-industry trade which based on static comparative advantage, and should expand intra- product trade which based on Intra-product specialization and economics of scale.This paper based on intra-product specialization and trade theory, analyzed the feasibility and benefits of China's foreign trade from a new perspective, quantitative analysis was used to study the overall development, features of China's foreign trade, and. Finaly, proposed some solutions for the expansion of processing trade according to the constraining factors.
