Research On The Coordinated Development Of Network Ecology And Network Economy

As the rapid development of internet era,people in such trend face a great amount of information.Moreover they gradually realize that what internet has brought to us is not completely positive under the background of information explosion that allows the mixture of both good deed and wrongdoings.As Nicholas Negroponte put,"Computing is not only associated with computer.It decides how we live,becoming the strongest voice in current era." Network information technology that has liberated the computer from isolation and cutting off from outside forms the internet characterized with democracy and opening up,freedom and sharing.Internet has changed our traditional way of working,learning,entertaining,thinking Gand living,which brings vigor and vitality to the global economy.However network economy that creates inflation value with high speed leads to the pollution of network information an increasing dishonesty on the internet,serious online infringement as well as rampant online crime.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that,"Cyberspace where the sky is clear and bright with good ecology meets the interests of people.However Cyberspace where there is pollution and serious deterioration of ecology can't accords with people's interest".Therefore only with the coordinated development can the result of internet truly benefit 1 billion 400 million people.Only with the coordinated development of network ecology and cyber-economy,can we possess a bright and clear cyberspace as well as the sound development of network economy in the future.Yet,there are lots of discussions on the coordinated development of network economy that focuses on the field of natural ecological economy and the field of industrial ecological economy.There is few research that regards internet development as the background and analyzes the interrelation and coordinated development of network ecology and network economy.Encountered with various social phenomenon and problems in network ecology and network economy,it is difficult to explore a sustainable development under the background of internet after applying traditional Ecologic Economics Theory.Therefore there is a great demand for a new theory and method to conduct research on the interrelation between internet ecology and network economy,the factor that affects the coordinated development of internet eco-economy and safeguard measures in order to explore a new path for coordinated development of internet eco-economy in the new era.According to this,this thesis clarified the interrelation between network ecology and network economy as well as conducted in-depth exploration of the meaning and symbols of the correlated development of internet eco-economy based on basic principles and method of Information Ecology,Network Economics.Furthermore relevant theory and methods of Systematics,Sociology and Online Information Ecological Chain was applied in the thesis with DEMATEL Analysis Method to discuss the influencing factors of coordinated development of internet eco-economy.Meanwhile in accordance with the current situation in the coordinated development of internet eco-economy in our country,safeguard measures were put forward in terms of the coordinated development of internet eco-economy in our country.By the research,I attempt to construct a complete coordinated development theory of internet eco-economy to expand researches concerning relevant subjects to provide a theoretical guideline for the proper-operation in network ecology,the sustainable development of cyber economy and the coordinated development of internet eco-economy(1)Network ecology,network economy and their interrelation.A clear definition of the concept and the in-depth discussion of the basic theory contributes to further research.The author firstly defined the meaning and type of the network ecology and the network economy,analyzing their integration between the network ecology and the network economy.After the in-depth analysis of dialectical unification relations that feature with mutual benefit,mutual restriction and mutual adaption between network ecology and network economy,the author explains the relation between network ecology and network economy in respect of space,time structure and function.Only with the identification of the interrelation of both in the development,can we get a clear picture of the coordinated development of both.(2)The concept and symbols of the network ecology and the network economy.The author firstly described the meaning in coordinated development of internet eco-economy.Moreover with the help of Brainstorming Method and Delphi Method as well as the examination the consistency of experts'opinions,the author put forward two dimensions that support cyber economy for the coordinated development of internet eco-economy:network economy boosts the construction of network ecology and the internet ecological environment.Meanwhile a deeper analysis of specific meaning of each symbol was carried out.(3)The influencing factor of internet eco-economy coordinated development.After collecting the opinions concerning the influencing factors in respect of coordinated development of internet eco-economy from experts,the author made a further statical analysis of experts' opinion with Questionnaires.With the help of T-test,the author estimated if there is distinctive difference between the results of experts' evaluation and test value.Finally four aspects(Ideology,Technological Research and Development,Institutional System and Capital Investment)were confirmed to become the influencing factor regarding coordinated development ofinternet eco-economy.On the basis of what has been stated above,the interrelation of each factor and the importance of influencing factor were sought out by DEMATEL.Therefore a deep analysis of key influencing factor provided support for future research.(4)With the help of analyzing the symbol and influencing factor of network ecoogy and coordinated development of internet eco-economy,this article presented security measures regarding coordinated development of internet eco-economy from five aspects:conceptual security,technical security,institutional security,organizational security and fund security to offer reference for ensuring the internet ecology and internet eco-economy coordinated development.Specific measure are as follow:cultivating the concept of coordinated development and legal awareness of participants;improving security,the honest and self-discipline awareness;promoting the manufacturing level of internet hardware equipment;promoting the construction level of online platform,construction the precautionary system of internet security technology;enhancing the restoration system of online information dissimilation;set up specialized organization for coordinated development of internet eco-economy;boosting the investment of internet infrastructure and capital investment for the research and development of network information technology.
