Under the rapid development of supply chain integration, the relationships between supply chain enterprises are increasingly close,it has been inevitable choice for supply chain management to implement integrated optimization of supply chain system from the centralized decision-making perspective,so as to solve a variety of decision problems involved in supply chain design and operations. At the same time,as a complex network system which is trans regional, multi subjectivity and multi nodal,it is faced with a variety of internal and external uncertainties, which include business-as-usual factors such as cost, demand and output fluctuation as well as catastrophic events such as emergencies, natural disasters, terrorism and political instability and other factors that may cause supply chain disruption.Under the business-as-usual risk and disruption risk caused by the above factors, the difficulty of supply chain management is increased consequently, therefore, the supply chain integrated optimization problems under uncertainty has been a hotspot in the related fields. As the business-as-usual risk is mainly caused by common uncertainty factors in supply chain operation, therefore,it has been paid widely attentions by earlier researches. But in recent years,as more and more supply chain enterprises have suffered huge economic losses caused by facility disruption or supply interuption resulted in emergencies, natural disasters and other catastrophic factors, researchers in related fields begin to pay more attention to the chain disruption risk. However, there are still some deficiencies in the existing researches, firstly, most studies on supply chain integration optimization problem only consider one of the uncertainty factors which is not sufficient, and only a few studies concern supply chain resilience building from the perspective of risk prevention.Obviously, integrated optimizations without fully consideration of the risk environment and risk prevention will have limitations in guiding supply chain operation.Secondly, the behavior subject of supply chain operation is human, most of previous studies on supply chain integrated optimization are based on hypothesis of rational economic man in neoclassical economics, people's behavioral characteristics of bounded rationality are often ignored. Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the problem of supply chain integration optimization under uncertainty considering behavioral factors. This paper mainly focus on the problem of supply chain integration optimization under uncertainty considering behavioral factors.Four integrated optimization problems are studied which are procurement-production decisions,location-ransportation decisions and purchasing-distribution decisions.Based on the embedded resilient strategies, the corresponding modeling methods and problem solving algorithms are provided. The numerical analyses are also carried out to provide managerial insights and references for practationers. The main contents in the study are as follows:(1)In this study, the author systematically review the related works in supply chain integrated optimization problem under uncertainty and supply chain bahavioral operations management from China and abroad. The contribution and shortcoming analysis of the related researches reveals the importance of further studying the supply chain integrated optimization problem under uncertainty considering behavioral factors. Then the main problems of this study based on different supply chain structure and behavioral factors are extracted and we discussed the concepts.methodologies and theories of supply chain risk management, supply chain risk modeling and behavioral operations management that are related to the problems above.(2)The supply chain procurement and production decisions integrated optimization problem considering decision maker's risk aversion behavior is studied.Taking the upper stream procurement supply chain centralized on manufacturer as research object, the supply chain procurement and production integrated decisions under suppliers' disruption risk and fluctuation of market demand are optimized by using resilient strategies including multi-sourcing,option contract and strategic emergency inventory. The mean-risk model is also used to study the modeling and problem solving methods. The managerial insights for practitioners are discussed through case study and sensitivity analysis.(3)The supply chain location and transportation decisions integrated optimization problem considering decision maker's risk aversion behavior is studied.Taking the downstream purchasing supply chain centralized on manufacturer as research object, the problem is studied from two aspects under distribution centers' disruption risk and fluctuation of market demand.Firstly, based using the mean-risk model to measure the supply chain totle cost's risk, the location and transportation decisions integrated optimization problem under nonlinear shortage penalty cost mechanism is studied.Secondly, the problem is further studied by adding resilient strategies including distribution centers' protection investment and transshipment. The modeling and problem solving methods for both problems are studied and managerial insights for practitioners are discussed through case study and sensitivity analysis.(4)The supply chain procurement and distribution decisions integrated optimization problem considering decision maker's risk aversion behavior is studied.Taking the supply chain centralized on manufacturer which include both upper stream procurement and downstream distribution segments as the research object, the supply chain procurement and distribution integrated decisions under suppliers' business-as-usual risk and disruption risk as well as the fluctuation of market demand are optimized by using resilient strategies including multi-sourcing,alternative supply and transshipment. The CVaR(Conditional Value-at-Risk)model is also used to study the modeling and problem solving methods. The managerial insights for practitioners are discussed through case study and sensitivity analysis.(5)The supply chain procurement and distribution decisions integrated optimization problem considering both decision maker and customers' behavioral factors is studied.Under the environment of suppliers' business-as-usual risk and disruption risk as well as the fluctuation of market demand,we take the 'decision maker's risk aversion behavior as a basic condition and studied the integrated optimization problems with customers' fairness concern and time preference respectively. The modeling and problem solving methods for both problems are studied and managerial insights for practitioners are discussed through case study and sensitivity analysis. The study on supply chain integrated optimization under uncertainty considering behavioral factors integrates theories and methods of both supply chain risk management and behavioral operations management. This study enriches the theory and method systems of supply chain management and provide more reference and guidance for further researches on supply chain integrated optimization. Moreover,it is also able to provide necessary decision-making reference and methodology support for supply chain practitioners.
