With the rapid development of economic globalization and network technologies, enterprises began to use global procurement and sales model which have been promoting geographical distribution of the enterprises in the supply chain network becoming more and more widespread. The competition among enterprises is gradually expanding into the competition among the supply chain, so enterprises have to adopt various measures to establish a more agile, more sophisticated supply chain. These measures have significantly reduced supply chain costs, but also increased the complexity of supply chain networks and risk. The supply chain becomes more vulnerable. As various enterprises in the supply chain depend on each other, influence each other, so problems of any part in the chain may affect the other enterprises in supply chain network, thereby affect the normal operation of the entire supply chain. The resiliency of the supply chain is relatively unsatisfactory.In recent years, different kinds of emergencies led supply chain disruptions occurred at times. Supply chain disruptions made a number of supply chain node failed, the other companies in the supply chain are involved in disruption, and they had suffered a huge economic losses. This showed the drawback of supply chain network designing and supply chain risk emergency measures were not effective. Therefore, considering the disruption factor and enhancing the resiliency of supply chain during the designing and operation are very necessary. Currently, increase the resiliency of supply chain from the perspective of design of supply chain network is an important area of resent researches. The research on the resilient supply chain network design based on simulation, optimization and integration in recent years is a major trend and a focus in the area of supply chain risks management.For these reasons, this paper researches use simulation, optimization technology to research on the supply chain design. The paper finishes the work in the following aspects.Firstly, this paper builds a supply network simulation and optimization model based on partial disruption of supply chain, a random recovery after disruption. And then, simulating and optimized results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.Secondly, this paper also builds a supply chain network model based on disruption of supply chain nodes, a random recovery after disruption. And then, simulating and optimized results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.Finally, at the end of this paper, this research summarized the main conclusions, limitations of the paper and requiring work for further research.
