With the concept of sustainable development widely accepted in the world, how to achieve sustainable economic development under the premise of protecting the ecological environment has become a development problem faced by all countries.Especially for China, the challenge is even more severe.Although China has a vast territory,it has a large population and a serious shortage of per capita resources.A large number of development resources need to be imported. However,a large part of the central and western regions is ecologically fragile and facing a serious situation of ecological imbalance. In addition, the status quo of long-term backward development makes us worship GDP blindly in the early stage of development, especially the disorderly development of high pollution and high energy consumption enterprises, which makes the environmental problems become increasingly serious while economic development. With the continuous growth of the per capita income of residents and the continuous improvement of the quality of life, the concept of"Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver"is more and more popular, and people's requirements for the ecological environment are also higher and higher. Therefore, for China, adhering to the green concept and green development has become the top priority of China's high-quality economic development and the only way for China to take sustainable development. In the practice of green development,China's economy is also undergoing transformation.Economic development is no longer at the cost of ecological environment and a large amount of energy consumption, but a comprehensive consideration of economic and ecological benefits to achieving the harmonious unity of economy and environment. However,it has been found that the speed and quality of green development are closely related to the development environment, such as ideology, management service level, policies and regulations, resources, infrastructure and so on.Therefore,a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the composition of these environmental factors and their impact on the development of green economy has become the primary problem in the rapid development of green economy.Secondly, the evaluation of the development efficiency of regional green economy is an important problem that managers need to solve when developing green economy. Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the influence mechanism of influencing factors on the development of green economy and put forward corresponding countermeasures, which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the development of green economy. In addition, scientific evaluation of regional green economic development efficiency is not only conducive to the supervision of green economy and environmental protection but also conducive to the formulation of differentiated energy conservation and emission reduction policies. Therefore, considering the differences of practice ways to promote green development, this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the development of green economy in different situations from four perspectives of industry, city, province and country, and studies the influence mechanism of these factors on relevant environmental measurement indicators. Finally, based on the perspective of efficiency, the green development efficiency of China's provinces is calculated. The specific research contents are as follows:First,we have studied the influencing factors of carbon dioxide emissions from China's manufacturing industry. The manufacturing industry is an important embodiment of national industrial strength. As the largest developing country and the largest manufacturing base in the world,it is a real problem that we need to solve urgently to ensure that the manufacturing industry can promote the development of the national economy while meeting the requirements of environmental protection. As one of the largest contributors of carbon dioxide emissions in the industrial sector,it is very important to determine the driving factors of carbon dioxide emissions for the manufacturing industry to formulate effective environmental policies.China is a huge transitional economy, and there are large regional differences. Therefore, this paper improves the STIRPAT model and studies the effects of economic growth, foreign direct investment(FDI)and energy intensity on carbon emissions of China's manufacturing industry through the fixed effect panel quantile regression model. The results show that the impact of economic growth, foreign direct investment and energy intensity on manufacturing carbon emissions is different under different levels and regions, and has obvious heterogeneity, and economic growth plays a decisive role in manufacturing carbon emissions. There is a significant positive correlation between economic growth and manufacturing carbon emissions, and the higher the emission level, the greater the impact of economic growth on manufacturing carbon emissions. In addition,FDI has a significant positive impact on provinces with high emission of the manufacturing industry, which proves that there is pollution paradise hypothesis in China's manufacturing industry, but there is no halo effect hypothesis. The reduction of energy intensity has no positive effect on the reduction of carbon emissions. The higher the emission, the greater the impact of energy intensity on carbon emissions of the manufacturing industry, which indicates that there is an energy rebound effect in China's manufacturing industry. Finally,it is confirmed that there is a huge space for China's manufacturing industry to reduce emissions.Second,we have studied the impact of urban innovation capability on urban air quality. The green development of the urban economy is an important representative of green development in China. The development of the urban green economy also involves all aspects of resources, population, space, economy and society, which is the epitome of China's green economic development.Technological progress and innovation are the keys to long-term sustainable economic growth. In this paper, based on the spatial correlation analysis of PM2.5,the main pollutant of Urban Haze, and referring to the form of Environmental Kuznets Curve, the corresponding spatial lag model(SLM)is constructed. From the perspectives of population density, economic growth, urban transportation, industrial structure, energy consumption, urban space and scientific and technological innovation ability, this paper studies and evaluates the spatial-temporal dynamic relationship of urban PM2.5 agglomeration and reveals the influence mechanism of technological innovation ability on PM2.5 emission. The results show that:there is a significant spatial spillover effect of PM2.5 pollution in Chinese cities;there is a significant n-shaped curve relationship between PM2.5emissions and economic growth, but there is no extreme point;economic growth is monotonically increasing relative to PM2.5 emissions;the improvement of urban population density, energy consumption and traffic level jointly aggravates PM2.5pollution emissions, while the improvement of urban innovation ability The optimization of the urban industrial structure significantly inhibited the emission of PM2.5 pollution.FDI has no significant positive impact on PM2.5 pollution, and urban sprawl has no significant negative impact on PM2.5 pollution.Thirdly,we have studied the impact mechanism of economic growth and FDI on the environment.Although China's economic development has made great achievements,China is still the largest developing country in the world.China's per capita GDP is still at a low level. The green economy should emphasize development, and it is a virtuous circular development. We establish a simultaneous equation model based on three ways of economic growth and foreign direct investment(FDI)impact on environmental quality. This paper studies the impact mechanism of economic growth and foreign direct investment on the environment. The results show that, from the perspective of scale effect, material capital, labor force, human capital level and foreign direct investment have a significant positive impact on China's GDP growth, which also shows that these factors are important reasons for China's rapid economic growth. From the perspective of technology effect, the environmental pollution per unit industrial output decreases with the increase of Chinese residents'income level and FDI,which shows that the growth of per capita GDP has a significant effect on reducing the marginal environmental pollution. From the structural effect analysis, the growth of per capita GDP has a significant positive impact on the proportion of industrial output to GDP.At the national level, the increase of per capita GDP will increase the proportion of industry in China's economy. From the regional point of view, the industrial structure of the eastern region is obviously better than that of the central and western regions. The increase of FDI in the eastern region helps to reduce the proportion of the secondary industry in the whole industry and realize the industrial transformation and upgrading.Fourthly,we have studied the impact of renewable energy consumption on carbon dioxide emissions. One of the reasons for China's sustained and rapid economic growth is large-scale industrialization. The development of the industrial economy needs a lot of energy, and China's energy structure is mainly coal.A large amount of energy consumption helps our economic development, but also brings us serious environmental problems. Therefore,in order to achieve green development,we must optimize our energy supply structure to meet the energy demand of the industry without affecting environmental quality. The development of renewable energy has become a feasible way.Our research results show that for BRICs countries, there is a complete trilateral relationship among the variables(energy output emission relationship)of the BRICs group. But for China itself, the relationship between the output variable(GDP per capita)and the emission variable(CO2 emission)is not statistically significant. The results of the BRICs group and China show that increasing the proportion of renewable energy consumption can not only increase per capita GDP,but also significantly reduce CO2 emissions. In addition, financial development(FD)has a very significant effect on the BRICs group and China's own renewable energy consumption.Financial development can simplify the financing process of capital accumulation and energy procurement, facilitate more investment in renewable energy, and thus help China and BRICs countries as a whole to benefit from the transfer of"green technology".The result of our research on the structural adjustment of renewable energy resources is also an important way to increase the development of China's green energy consumption. In addition, financial development plays a positive role in reducing the financing cost of renewable energy in China.Fifthly,we have studied the evaluation of green economy development efficiency.China's economic development has entered the"new normal"of shifting growth and speed. The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core put forward five major development ideas at a timely pace, and green development has become the key to leading the quality transformation, dynamic transformation and efficiency transformation of China's economic development. In the process of green development, energy conservation and emission reduction are the main means to improve economic efficiency. Therefore, the pure economic growth rate as a development performance has not met the requirements.Under the green development model, the calculation of new economic efficiency has become the top priority.Based on network data envelopment analysis(Network DEA)and DEA window analysis, this paper analyzes the dynamic changes and regional differences of China's regional green economic efficiency by scientifically selecting evaluation indicators.
