out on the mechanism of FDI technology spillover,empirical evidence of FDI technology spillover,FDI research in agriculture,especially the research on FDI technology spillover effects in the agricultural product processing industry,and then the perspective selection,theoretical elaboration,method selection,Provide sufficient literature support for innovation and condensing.On this basis,this article constructs an overall theoretical analysis framework of the time effects and influencing factors of FDI technology spillover.The existing literature mainly put forward the mechanism speed.3.Possible innovations:(1)Innovation of research perspective.From the general situation of FDI research,traditional FDI research mostly adopts static,cross-sectional,and instantaneous perspectives to study the technology spillover effects of FDI.This article examines the time dimension of FDI technology spillover,that is,the dynamic perspective,and takes China's agricultural product processing industry as the industry background.(2)Innovation of research content.First,this article re-explains the mechanism of FDI technology spillover from the perspective of time dimension,and uses multiple theoretical perspectives to enrich the theoretical basis of the time effect of FDI technology spillover.Secondly,build a complete and systematic framework for FDI influencing factors to enhance the internal logic and industry and regional relevance between influencing factors,and thereby greatly expand the connotation,breadth and depth of existing FDI technology spillover factors.Finally,in addition to discussing spillover effects within the industry,this article will also consider the issue of spillover time effects between industries,which is also a category that has been seldom covered by existing research.(3)Innovation in research methods.This paper adopts micro-enterprises as the sample observation objects,overcomes the homogeneity assumptions of macro-level and industry-level research on enterprises,and can introduce more heterogeneous characteristics of enterprises,so that the research conclusions are closer to the main body of enterprise decision-making,and more Effective policy recommendations.At the same time,a variety of methods are introduced in the research to deal with endogenous problems to ensure more robust and reliable estimation results.Finally,for the measurement of agricultural enterprise performance,both total enterprise output value and innovation performance indicators will be used.This approach not
