As an important part of sustainable development,low-carbon economy is one of the basic requirements of the concept of scientific development.It aims at improving and optimizing the living standards of human beings under the premise of protecting the natural resources and environment,and achieving sustainable economic development.Its core is technological and institutional innovation,which reflects the fundamental change of human outlook on survival and development.As an important part of the national economy,the logistics industry is well-matched to the national conditions of China's economic restructuring.Therefore,there is an urgent need to study the design of logistics networks in a carbon-constrained environment and provide theoretical support and practical examples for logistics network design under the new situation.Under the conditions of market demand and pricing of carbon emission rights,this dissertation firstly studies the design of low-carbon logistics network in the deterministic environment.This dissertation constructs a multi-level low-carbon logistics network model and proposes a solution method based on differential evolution algorithm after considering costs of carbon emission and logistics operation.It also uses JADE method to improve the solution method to raise the search quality and efficiency.Then,this dissertation studies the design of low-carbon logistics network with uncertain market demand and price of carbon emission rights.With the objective of minimizing the total operating cost(including carbon emission cost)of logistics network,a scenario-based location-distribution model of three-level logistics network is constructed.The constrained problem is transformed into unconstrained problem by penalty function method,and the model is solved by Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm(ABC).Finally,in order to test and further improve the low-carbon level of the designed logistics network,this dissertation proposes to evaluate the low-carbon level of logistics network from the perspective of operation.
