Study On Evaluation Of The Level Of The Logistics Industry Development Based On DEA Method Of Taiyuan City And Promotion Strategy

Since the end of 20 th century,the international integration process of economic globalization is developing rapidly.International trade and integration of international resources made logistics to become one of the fastest growing industries.This paper first describes the logistics industry development status at home and abroad,and then start to identify the problems in the city's logistics industry development status of the logistics industry from Taiyuan City;five logistics companies in Taiyuan City as a decision-making unit to investigate and study the use of data envelopment analysis(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)method,the investment in fixed assets,business costs,administrative expenses,receivables,operating income and net profit as input indicators,a comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency as output indicators research and analysis Taiyuan Beishan five key logistics enterprises efficiency,the use of statistical principles,drawn Taiyuan City logistics industry problems.This article focuses on geography and economic development of enterprises in Taiyuan,described the current development of the logistics industry and the main problems.Using the data of five representative logistics enterprises to envelopment analysis.And to "point" to "surface",compared with other regions in the province,more comprehensive and more accurate results Taiyuan logistics industry development status,summarizes the main issues summarized.From the data and analysis to support the main problems,all broken classification,develop appropriate strategies to reasonable upgrade.Analysis concluded that: development of logistics enterprises large overall size,uneven development;logistics infrastructure,a serious shortage of inputs;bull management,policy without landing,has become "a piece of paper talk";the low quality of employees,professional and technical personnel lack,lack of talent pool.Promotion strategy: common understanding,to accelerate the development of the logistics industry.Lack of logistics personnel has restricted the promotion of the development of the logistics industry and technology,we must increase the talent pool and exchange,continue to develop the logistics platform,increasing construction efforts to reduce regional disparities,and actively cultivate logistics market players,vigorously developing the economy,active logistics market.
