Research On Coordinated Development Of Environment And Economy In Fuxin City

Economic development of the urban environment caused pollution and destruction,but it needs the improvement of economic input to protect the urban environment.How to realiZe the coordinated development of both is very important to achieve sustainable economic development and human life.In this paper,the environment and coordinated economic development in Fuxin city was evaluated.For the evaluation process in the presence of the index system to identify,evaluate model building problem,we constructed considering Fuxin city characteriZed by environmental and economic coordination evaluation system development,considering the coordination degree and coordinated development of forecasting methods of time and space two aspects of the proposed integrated and coordinated development evaluation methods,and verify it.The main results are as follows:(1)It constructs in Fuxin Environment and Economic Evaluation System under the Principal Component Analysis.On the basis of information on research and expert advice,respectively,from the economic and environmental aspects,the initial construction of coordination in Fuxin city environment and economic development 25 indicators to principal component analysis extracted eight indicators while retaining most of the information,and gives the index screening method.(2)Construction of the Fuxin city environment and coordinated economic development to improve the chaotic time series model.Improved chaotic time series multicore support vector machine and chaotic time series multicore extreme learning machine can effectively analyZe coordination environment and economic development characteristics,to avoid errors caused kernel function selection,effectively Fuxin city environment and economic development coordination,coordination development of prediction.Meanwhile,chaotic time series constructed multicore support vector machine model to get coordination,and based on this to get coordinated development degree,and the use of multi-core machine learning models predict extreme degree of coordinated development,comparative analysis of two coordinated development of access to comprehensive coordinated development degree,Fuxin City can effectively measure the environment and coordinated economic development situation.(3)Fuxin City 1996--2020 on Environment and coordinated economic development situation analysis and forecasting.Xihe,HaiZhou,Taiping,Xinqiu and Qinghemen District environment and economy of the "fifth" period in a "U" shaped curve turning point,showing an upward trend,narrowing regional disparities.Coordinated Development of showing non-significant gaps "V" shaped curve,the level of economic development and environmental carrying capacity between the expanded to gradually reduce the development.(4)Gives an effective countermeasure in Fuxin city environment and economy the coordinated development:optimiZing the industrial structure,the main focus is the rational distribution of industry and improve the industry's core competitiveness,attract investment focus on high-tech industries;the transformation of economic growth mode,mainly to reduce resource dependency the establishment of a conservation-oriented industries,accelerating technological innovation,energy-saving construction industry,promote clean production,develop a recycling economy;building livable eco-town;to provide policy support and so on.Thesis research results provide theoretical and technical basis for the coordinated development of environment and economy of Fuxin City,of great significance to other environmental and economic development of local coordination.
