Coherent Doppler wind lidar(CDWL)as an active laser remote sensing equipment,has the characteristics of small volume,long dynamic distance,high temporal/spatial resolution,and high detection accuracy.It is widely used in atmospheric wind field detection.Based on deep analysis of signal power spectrum,this work retrieves a variety of atmospheric parameters to further expand the functions and applications of CDWL.These multiple atmospheric parameters play an important role in different aeras,such as the detection and research of gravity wave,cloud,precipitation,turbulence,air pollution and dangerous weather.This thesis studies a novel inversion method and some applications of atmospheric multi-parameter detection of Doppler lidar.The structure of this thesis is organized as follows:Research institutions and the recent development of CDWL at home and abroad are reviewed.The research status of CDWL in the fields of complex wind field,air pollution,turbulence,precipitation,wind power,aviation safety and offshore wind field are introduced.Starting from the power spectrum of CDWL,this thesis systematically introduces the inversion algorithms of multi-parameter lidar,including power spectrum characteristic parameter,power spectrum identification and separation,cloud extraction,two-dimensional wind field,wind profile,turbulence intensity,wind shear intensity and atmospheric extinction coefficient.In field of atmospheric dynamics:(1)Based on detection results of CDWL and simulation result of two-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the generation mechanism of long-live gravity wave is analyzed to explain the detected phenomina.(2)In order to ensure the aviation activities related to the 70th China national day,the identification and classification of cloud,precipitation,wind shear and turbulence are realized based on multiple atmospheric parameters.(3)Combined with the data of FY4A satellite,microwave radiometer and CDWL,an artificial rainfall process,specifically the changes of cloud phase caused by seeding,is recorded and analyzed.(4)Combining with signal intensity and wind field data from CDWL,tracking of local point source pollution and detection of the transboundary dust pollution process are realized.In security of civil aviation,CDWL is used to detect and alert the dangerous weather such as microburst,wind shear,tailwind,turbulence,gust and vortex,at Beijing Daxing International airport.In security of marine meteorological,CDWL is successfully applied to ship airwake detection for the mother ship of 10,000-meter manned submersibles("TanSuo-Ⅱ").The distribution of airwake is well depicted by carrier noise ratio and wind field.
