| Multile attribute decision making(MADM)is an important part of modern decision science and its theory and methods are widely used in many fields.Multile attribute group decision making(MAGDM)is a new research direction of the intersection of MADM and group decision-making(GDM).At present,there are many MAGDM in many complex practical problems,such as economic management,engineering projects and social management.Due to the complexity of practical decision problems,the difficulty of measuring decision attributes,the fuzziness of decision makers’ thinking and the limitations of knowledge,people often use probabilistic linguistic term sets(PLTSs)and probabilistic uncertain linguistic term sets(PULTSs)to express evaluation information.As a relatively new linguistic expression tool,PLTSs and PULTSs are more intuitive and comprehensive than traditional linguistic term sets in describing and expressing fuzzy and uncertain MAGDM problems.Therefore,the PLTSs and PULTSs further extend the application scope of hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets(HFLTSs)and linguistic term sets.When dealing with the uncertainty and complexity of objective things and the fuzziness of subjective judgment of the group experts,the PLTSs and PULTSs can describe the fuzzy nature of objective world in more detail.Aiming at the MAGDM problem based on PLTSs and PULTSs,measure theory,entropy,CRITIC method and prospect theory,this thesis proposes a set of scheme ranking or optimization methods based on PLTSs and PULTSs;Further establish or develop representative MAGDM models and their solution algorithms based on PLTSs and PULTSs,such as,emergency management decision-making,location of electric vehicle charging stations,network security service provider selection,industrial control system security supplier selection,medical consumer goods supplier selection and green supplier selection.The main research results are as follows:(1)Research on attribute weight method based on PLTSs and PULTSs.The traditional information entropy is extended to the MAGDM problem under PLTSs and PULTSs,and the probabilistic linguistic entropy weight method and probabilistic uncertain linguistic entropy weight method are proposed to determine the attribute weights;The traditional CRITIC method is extended to the MAGDM problem under PLTSs and PULTSs.The probabilistic linguistic CRITIC method and probabilistic uncertain linguistic CRITIC method are proposed to determine the attribute weights.The proposed methods for determining attribute weights further enrich and improve the methods for determining attribute weights under PLTSs and PULTSs,and further expand the application scope of information entropy and CRITIC methods.(2)Research on MAGDM method and applications based on PLTSs.This part introduced the basic concepts of PLTSs,traditional MADM methods and prospect theory,and conducts in-depth research on MAGDM methods and applications based on PLTSs: the Dice similarity measure(DSM)method is proposed for MAGDM based entropy weight method under PLTSs and application green supplier selection;the TOPSIS method is proposed for MAGDM based on entropy weight method under PLTSs and application to emergency management decision making;the GRA method is proposed for MAGDM based on CRITIC method under PLTSs and application to location of electric vehicle charging sites;the EDAS method is proposed for MAGDM based on entropy weight method under PLTSs and application to green supplier selection;the MABAC method is proposed for MAGDM based on CRITIC method under PLTSs and application to network security service provider selection;the PT-TODIM method is proposed for MAGDM based on entropy weight method under PLTSs and application to selection of industrial control system security suppliers.(3)Research on MAGDM method and applications based on PULTSs.This section introduces the basic concept of PULTSs,traditional MADM methods and prospect theory in detail,and conducts in-depth research on MAGDM methods and applications based on PULTSs: the Dice similarity measure(DSM)method is proposed for MAGDM based on entropy weight method under PULTSs and application to green supplier selection;the GRA method is proposed for MAGDM based on CRITIC method under PULTSs and application to location of electric vehicle charging sites;the CODAS method is proposed for MAGDM based on sine entropy weight method under PULTSs and application to medical supplies suppliers selection;the PT-EDAS method is proposed for MAGDM based on CRITIC method under PULTSs and application to green supplier selection;the PT-MABAC method is proposed for MAGDM based on CRITIC method under PULTSs and application to network security service providers selection;the PT-TODIM method is proposed for MAGDM based on CRITIC method under PULTSs and application to the industrial control system security suppliers selection.(4)Research on the application of MAGDM method based on PLTSs and PULTSs in green supplier selection.This part applies the decision-making methods proposed in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of this thesis to the research of green supplier selection: the MAGDM methods such as the PL-DSM method,the PL-TOPSIS method,the PL-GRA method,the PL-EDAS method,the PL-MABAC method and the PL-PT-TODIM method proposed in Chapter 3 of this thesis are applied to the research of green supplier selection.The proposed method are compared with WPLPA and WPLPG operator,PL-TODIM method,the probabilistic linguistic projection method and PL-VIKOR method,and the advantages and disadvantages of different decision methods are analyzed,further confirming the scientificity and effectiveness of the proposed method;The MAGDM methods such as the PULDSM,PUL-GRA method,PUL-CODAS method,PUL-PT-EDAS method,PULPT-MABAC method and PUL-PT-TODIM method proposed in Chapter 4 of this thesis are applied to green supplier selection.The proposed methods are compared with PUL-EDAS method,PUL-Taxonomy method,PUL-BP method and PUL-GRP method,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed,which further confirms the scientific and effectiveness of the built method.The MAGDM theories and methods under PLTSs and PULTSs proposed in this thesis can describe the fuzzy nature of objective world,fully consider the scientific of decision-making,provide new solutions and ideas for decision-making problems in uncertain and fuzzy situations,further expand the theoretical researches of PLTSs and PULTSs and further enriches the theory and method of MAGDM. |
