With the development of modern technology,people have more and more methods to obtain information,and decision-making information has become more complex,which makes multi-attribute group decision-making become a research hotspot in the field of decision-making.In complex decision-making problems,decision makers' evaluation of some attributes cannot be expressed by precise numbers,and natural linguistic is often used.As a result,linguistic variables become particularly important in dealing with decision-making problems.Furthermore,the combination of linguistic variables and probabilistic fuzzy information can not only flexibly describe objects but also reflect the preference and uncertainty of decision makers.Therefore,the application and research based on probabilistic fuzzy linguistic information is currently a hot field in the research of multi-attribute group decision making.This thesis focuses on interval hesitant fuzzy linguistic sets and probabilistic linguistic term sets,and conducts applied research on multi-attribute group decision-making problems under probabilistic fuzzy linguistic information.The specific content is as follows:1.Consider the degenerate set under probabilistic fuzzy linguistic information—interval hesitant fuzzy linguistic set.First,a score function on the set is defined.Then,on the basis of the score function,a priority weighted average operator of interval hesitation fuzzy linguistic based on hesitation degree(IVHFLHDPWA)is proposed.Subsequently,some basic properties of the IVHFLHDPWA operator are studied,and a multi-attribute group decision model based on the IVHFLHDPWA operator is constructed.Finally,the model is applied to the case of fire emergency plan selection to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the model.2.Study the problem of multi-attribute decision-making on the probabilistic linguistic term set.First,a score function of the set in the case of risk assessment is defined.Then,the classical CODAS method is improved,and a new multi-attribute PL-CODAS decision model is proposed by combining the probabilistic linguistic term set with the improved CODAS method.Finally,the model is applied to the problem of venture capital to verify the validity and applicability of the model.3.Research the problem of multi-attribute group decision making on probabilistic linguistic term sets.First,when calculating the information measurement of the probabilistic linguistic term set,the concept of dispersion is defined to avoid adding linguistic terms to the set with few linguistic terms.Then,the probabilistic linguistic term set is combined with Choquet integration and the classic MABAC method,and a new PL-MABAC method multi-attribute group decision model is builded.Finally,the model is applied to the selection of green furniture suppliers to verify the validity and applicability.
