| Under the background of increasingly serious aging,establishing a sound pension system is an important strategy in China.As the main carrier of pension,residential areas carry the pension needs of the elderly,such as daily life,cultural and recreational activities,medical care and so on.The suitable aging of residential areas is an important way to improve the living environment of the elderly,prolong the pension of the elderly in the house and promote the development of community pension.Especially in the cold regions of China,due to the problems of society,economy and the age of residential construction,a large number of existing residential areas have serious deficiencies in the construction level suitable for aging;The climate characteristics of cold areas have caused the special needs of the elderly residents of cold areas for the living environment and the special requirements for the aging reconstruction of cold areas.To sum up,the aging of existing residential areas has become an important goal of urban residential development in cold regions in China.However,large-scale demolition and construction can not alleviate the social pension pressure,and there is an urgent need for more accurate and efficient residential reconstruction methods.This paper takes the basic situation and future development direction of China’s pension model at the present stage as the research entry point,mainly discusses the way of home-based pension and the combination of various pension models.According to the basic current situation and development trend of China’s pension model at the present stage,this paper makes a specific analysis on how to effectively improve and solve the current pension living environment and conditions,and meet the living requirements of the elderly for a long time,and improve the quality and service on the original basis.Through the interview with the elderly in the residential areas of Shenyang,Harbin and Changchun,the capital cities of three major provinces in the cold region,and through the in-depth analysis of the interview,this paper sorts out the needs of the elderly in the residential areas of cold cities in China for the living environment.On this basis,the paper makes an in-depth interpretation of the current situation of adaptive aging of urban residential areas in cold regions in China,the evaluation of adaptive aging indicators of residential areas and the evaluation of micro renewal indicators of residential areas by elderly residents,puts forward the construction index system of adaptive aging micro renewal of urban residential areas in cold regions,constructs the evaluation model through the fuzzy evaluation model,and puts forward the relative adaptive aging micro renewal strategy combined with the adaptive aging evaluation model of urban residential areas in cold regions in China.Firstly,based on the coupling of adaptive aging and micro renewal,the main indicators of adaptive aging micro renewal in urban settlements in cold regions of China are proposed,and the evaluation indicators of adaptive aging micro renewal are established.At the same time,in combination with the transformation of the needs of the elderly for the living environment in the post epidemic era,in combination with the "Internet +" nursing services,intelligent "medical" and other scientific and technological means and new pension models,and in combination with the needs of the elderly,the impact of the above changes on the development of urban residential areas suitable for aging is analyzed in depth.The research results provide theoretical basis and policy suggestions for the construction of micro renewal of urban residential areas suitable for aging in cold regions of China.Secondly,the evaluation model of suitable aging of urban residential areas in cold regions from the perspective of micro renewal is established.The evaluation model can evaluate the adaptive aging level of existing residential areas in cold cities in China,and intuitively present the adaptive aging micro renewal status of residential areas in cold cities according to the factor scores in the model.And the corresponding elements can be reconstructed and improved on the basis of model evaluation.This paper puts forward scientific evaluation criteria for guiding the construction of micro renewal suitable for aging in cold residential areas in China.Thirdly,the research puts forward the optimization strategy of adaptive aging of urban settlements in cold regions from the perspective of micro renewal.Based on the above evaluation index and evaluation model of Urban Aging micro renewal in cold regions,this study summarizes the existing problems of urban residential areas in cold regions in China,and puts forward the optimization strategy.The optimization strategy is helpful to improve the construction level of urban residential areas in cold regions,improve the quality of life of elderly residents,reduce urban construction investment,shorten the renewal and construction cycle and cost of urban residential areas,Activating urban stock space is of great significance.Based on the previous real state investigation and analysis,theoretical construction and empirical test results,the conclusive results are formed from the perspective of urban climate characteristics in cold regions,the coupling of residential aging and micro renewal,the evaluation model is constructed on a one-time basis,and finally the optimization strategy of Urban Aging micro renewal in cold regions in China is put forward.In order to integrate and guide the construction of aging suitable micro renewal in urban residential areas in cold regions of China.This paper combs the sampling survey of urban settlements in cold areas according to the division of residential scale under the concept of "life circle",the five stages of residential development after the founding of the people’s Republic of China,and the division of urban residential house prices through clustering algorithm.The data were collected through field investigation,image acquisition and questionnaire investigation.Through factor analysis and cluster analysis to sort out the data,this paper puts forward the indicators of residential aging construction under the compound elderly care model of cold cities in five dimensions: function and spatial layout,traffic and streamline organization,service and facility construction,greening and landscape design and indoor environment.Through the construction and coupling calculation of the suitable aging evaluation index system of residential areas in cold regions and the micro renewal index system of residential areas in China.Establish the aging evaluation index system from the perspective of micro renewal of urban residential areas in cold regions in China,and put forward the fixed index system and differentiated index system.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate and analyze the aging suitable micro renewal of residential areas with different construction years,different pension modes and different pension needs.According to the current situation of residential areas in different years,the demand changes of the elderly and the pension model,this paper puts forward targeted optimization strategies.The research focuses on "people-oriented" to guide and improve the practice of micro renewal suitable for aging in urban residential areas in cold regions of China. |
