The important role of human factors in promoting the occurrence and development of nuclear power plant accidents has been internationally recognized,and the nuclear power industry is increasingly urgent to improve the level of human safety risk management.The universal application of digital technology in nuclear power plants(NPPs)has brought profound changes in human-machine,human-environment and human-human interaction mode.However,the theory,method and technology of human factors safety(HFS)analysis have lagged behind the development of digital technology for a long time,so it can not provide valuable insights on human safety risks and error prevention measures in digital nuclear power plants,therefore,the sensitivity of digital nuclear power plants to human errors cannot be reduced validity.There are the following four common problems in the field of human factors safety,the first is improper allocation of human-system function;the second is improper task design of human-system interaction;the third is improper evaluation of human reliability;the fourth is improper design of human-system cooperation introduced by new technology applications.At present,although these problems have been paid attention to and studied at a certain level,but still insufficient in depth,neither specific engineering practice nor the needs of future development can be supported.In view of the above common problems,this paper aiming at solving the key technical problems of human factors safety that is hindering the safety improvement of complex industrial systems such as HPR1000 in China.Specific research includes the following four parts.(1)Research on allocation method of human-system function in digital nuclear power plant.This dissertation analyzed the new human-system cooperation modes introduced by the application of information,digital and intelligent technologies in nuclear power plant and proposed a set of human-system function allocation scheme and criteria dealing with seven level of automation in engineering,to maximize the human factors safety and reliability of the whole digital nuclear power plant.(2)Research on safety critical task analysis method.The dissertation puts forward an identification and classification method of human factors safety actions and establishes an improved task analysis technology by integrating cognitive process analysis,human performance analysis and human error mode analysis.Based on the improved method an engineering analysis example is given to help understand how to expand the application scope and effectiveness of human factors safety task analysis.(3)Research on human reliability analysis method.The dissertation improves SPAR-H method based on operator interview data,puts forward a new performance shaping factor(PSF)system and PSF weighting factors to help reflect the characteristics of digital nuclear power plant.The dissertation verified the validity and reliability of the improved method based on literature research and international HRA empirical data.(4)Design and reliability analysis of collective decision-making scheme of human-system.This dissertation proposed a collective scheme of the automatic diagnosis system cooperating with the operation team in emergency decision-making,for solving the problem of how to use the automatic diagnosis system in engineering practice.Based on the proposed scheme,an integrated application of event tree,human fault tree and human reliability method was applied for solving the problem of quantitative evaluation of safety classification.The key technologies of this dissertation not only maximize the safety and reliability of human factors in the whole digital nuclear power plant,but also provide new ideas for determining the automation level of safety functions of complex human-system and accurately distributing human-system functions,and promote the engineering landing of the forward design concept of human factors.The practice shows that the research results of this dissertation provide new ideas,technical schemes,application examples and results support for solving the key problems in human factors safety of digital nuclear power plant,enrich the engineering implementation methods and technologies of human analysis theory,expand the application scope and depth of human factors safety,enhance the human factor conformity,and improve the whole life-cycle safety of digital nuclear power plant.
