Nuclear power plant control room operators to monitor and control is the main place for production of nuclear power plant safety, and human-machine interface is the main control room operators of nuclear power plants and the whole system support human-computer interaction.The merits of the man-machine interface layout of the impact on the system operator awareness, decision-making and manipulation. Thus for the factors affecting the human-machine interface layout, reducing human error analysis method, the man-machine interface layout optimization to improve the safety of nuclear power plants is of great significance.Nuclear power plants and other complex user interface system has entered the digital age. Digital Display and the traditional man-machine interface in the information display, control operation, user interface,alarm systems, as well as systems and other regulations vary widely.These changes to the layout of the main control room HMI brings new challenges, but also makes the digital machine interface layout optimization has become an important research topic.In this paper, we study the main goal is to optimize the digital master control room in nuclear man-machine interface. Aiming at the possibility of operator error, from the perspective of increasing people died as a result of reliability and optimization of digital man-machine interface layout. The main research work is as follows:(1)Discusses the man-machine interface and human factors research study of the reliability of the development process, it focuses on the reasons for the nuclear power plant control room digital machine interface layout studies.(2)Compare the master control room in nuclear digital man-machine interface and the characteristics of the traditional human-computer interface(3)Select the appropriate HRA Method of man-machine interface layout optimization.(4)The layout Optimization Model Construction of nuclear control room man-machine interface based on HRA.
