| At present,the relevant monitoring and control system of electrical service specialty mostly adopts hierarchical deployment mode,with scattered data and difficult integration;It is difficult to ensure the consistency and integrity of data due to different data standards adopted by system developers;Lack of effective analysis means,it is difficult to analyze and mine the existing data,resulting in the loss of a large number of valuable information.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the research on intelligent operation and maintenance based on the big data of signaling.Combined with the implementation scheme of railway big data application of China Railway Group,it is necessary to carry out the research on intelligent operation and maintenance of big data of signaling system,analyze the monitored data information,establish the monitoring and evaluation system of signal equipment status,and build the intelligent operation and maintenance platform of big data of signaling,Provide data support for signal equipment maintenance.The construction of intelligent operation and maintenance platform for big data of electrical services will greatly improve the intelligent level of daily operation and maintenance of railway electrical equipment,adding new tools for the safety of railway transportation,improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs.In this dissertation,starting from the demand analysis and operation and maintenance status of big data,according to the actual demand,the intelligent operation and maintenance design scheme of big data is proposed.Secondly,taking ZPW-2000 track circuit as an example,this dissertation studies the integrated monitoring function of big data intelligent operation and maintenance platform equipment,and puts forward the track circuit fault diagnosis model based on PSO-SVM.Finally,the life cycle management of electrical equipment is studied.The specific work is described as follows:(1)In the design of intelligent operation and maintenance system for big data of electrical services,firstly,demand analysis is carried out,including main service objects,data demand,system demand,performance demand and security demand;Secondly,establish the platform design principles,design the overall architecture,logical architecture,network architecture and network security system of the platform;Thirdly,with the goal of function realization,the data interface scheme of each system is designed to realize data security sharing;Fourth,based on the platform architecture,the book service scheme and data application scheme of the system are proposed.(2)Research on comprehensive monitoring methods of track circuit equipment.Firstly,the ZPW-2000 track circuit fault mode and fault location method are introduced.Secondly,a track circuit fault diagnosis model based on PSO-SVM is proposed.The model fault diagnosis accuracy rate can reach 98%.Then introduced the architecture and functional application of the integrated monitoring sub-platform of the telecom big data intelligent operation and maintenance platform equipment,and finally introduced the daily monitoring and fault diagnosis functions in detail with the ZPW-2000 track circuit as an example.(3)The life cycle management of electrical equipment,the dissertation puts forward the overall structure and functional framework of the life cycle management of electrical equipment,uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the life cycle cost of electrical equipment,and proposes equipment information management based on equipment code,Through the analysis of equipment information to provide a theoretical basis for the daily maintenance of electrical equipment,and promote the reform of the repair process repair system.Finally,the signals at Jiangkou Station on Huai Shao Heng Line and Longtan Town Station on Qian Zhang Chang Line are further taken as examples,By comparing the LCC cost of the signal machine,it is concluded that the implementation of the equipment life cycle management has better economy.This dissertation originates from a major project of the China Railway Group.The intelligent operation and maintenance platform of big data of signaling solution proposed by the dissertation solves the technical problems of the independence of China railway communications and signalling subsystems and information islands,and improves the speed of equipment operation and maintenance and fault handling.It has improved the maintenance and management level of railway equipment,improved the level of railway informatization,realized the integration of data resources,optimized configuration and information sharing,and laid a theoretical foundation and technical support for the practical application of big data intelligent operation and maintenance. |
