Urban rail transit is compatible with the basic situation of large population and density in big cities.Since 2019,the epidemic has gradually become a normal part of people’s life,coupled with the dynamic instability in some parts of the international community,which has led to the rising prices of oil and other commodities,urban rail transit will become the main choice for more urban residents.With the development of data transmission and storage technology and the continuous innovation of artificial intelligence algorithm,artificial intelligence algorithm is more and more embedded in people’s life.The application of intelligent algorithm also provides a new direction for the traditional engineering field,and the demand of intelligent operation and maintenance of urban rail transit is more and more urgent.Compared with traditional manual operation and automatic operation and maintenance,intelligent operation and maintenance can timely and accurately locate the occurrence of equipment faults,timely predict the life and reliability of equipment,save a lot of human and material costs,make full use of equipment,and reduce losses.In this paper,the electrical system of metro is taken as the research object to study the intelligent operation and maintenance technology of the electrical system of urban rail transit vehicles.Firstly,this paper analyzes the requirements of intelligent operation and maintenance of the electrical system of urban rail transit vehicles,proposes the overall architecture,network architecture,logical architecture and technical architecture of intelligent operation and maintenance,provides the direction for intelligent operation and maintenance,and discusses the feasibility of technology.Secondly,this paper studies the key equipment of urban rail transit vehicle electrical system,establishes the fault diagnosis and life prediction model of the key equipment,and designs the relevant experimental platform.Then,this paper designs the related functions of the intelligent operation and maintenance system.On the basis of studying the equipment model,the basic service platform,system monitoring,big data analysis,digital maintenance and other related functions are designed.Finally,an intelligent decision system based on BP neural network is proposed.Feature information is extracted from the basic experimental data as the data support of intelligent decision,and the health status of related equipment is evaluated.The design of the intelligent decision system and the modeling of related equipment are of great significance to the overhaul and maintenance of urban rail transit traction electrical system.
